BIGGBY COFFEE

I've been stopping in here for 4 years now. I pass 2 Biggbys and a Starbucks, but I've always stayed loyal to this branch. Staff are always in a great mood, positive vibe in the store too. Always clean and I don't think they've ever been out of a drink I've asked for either. While the faces have changed a little in my time visiting here,the new ones are always just as kind and sincere as the last. I also visit this one mostly upon open,but am known to stop in at random times during the day if I need an extra " fix " to get me home.

Great coffee shop. Staff was friendly. Lots of choices for your favorite hot and cold caffeinated beverages.

I'm not a Biggby fan but this location is worth going to. The staff is extremely kind and (unlike most places in this town) everyone is masked. B- coffee with A+ service is a solid smash for me. (Visit other locations at your own risk. As an immunocompromised person, this is a safer place for me to go. You might have different priorities or understanding of public health.)

It's biggby. The best Local coffee around. Only wish they had kept the name Beaners. :)

Abbie, is AWESOME! she just took my office order and was extremely pleasant, very peppy and very accommodating. Thank You Abbie, you are the diggitity bomb girl.

for some reason i didn't taste as much caramel as I thought there was (I don't get this drink often) and I asked if they could perhaps add a shot and she immediately said she would just make it over for me. how nice! the entire staff is brilliant here really

they have the best staff here! i was having a very bad day yesterday and claire was the absolute sweetest and she put the biggest smile on my face which i am so thankful for! thank you again!

The coffee is OK, a bit too sweet and never hot enough. That said the coffee is way better than the burnt Starbucks brand and that makes the other issues not bad. You can't ask for unburnt coffee because that's the beans Starbucks uses. Also Biggby is a Michigan grown company and I always support local businesses.

I wanted to give Callista a shout out because she fully deserves a 5 star rating. She's always so nice and friendly, goes above and beyond, remembers you, and is always working so hard. She makes drinks perfect and is always able to keep an upbeat attitude even when they are swamped. Definitely recommend this Biggby as a go-to!

Staff was cool and fast. Nice that they have the BOGO buy one get one free coupons. Cheaper then other coffee places this way.

My Carmel Marvel with oat milk was Perfect! Not too sweet, not too oaty, and just the right amount of coffee! Also the staff was perfectly friendly!

Fast service, and they are always friendly. If you need to pick up coffee quickly and get to work this is the place. Spend typically less than 5 mins in here before work.

I truly love the people here and the drinks they serve. I love the non coffee drinks and they hit my taste buds just right. I can always depend on them making my drinks right and knowing what I what ahead of time.

We go here fairly frequently and stopped in this morning. Just wanted to say that you guys have a super friendly crew, and delicious coffee as always!

My coffee was made right I like it and she was so nice it was clean felt welcome it was wonderful correct customer service

Went in for a pick me up and boy did I get one! The two people working were so kind and super friendly. Two truly great people.
