Dunkin'

The food and drinks here are great! They have a ton of options as well. The employees were super nice and understanding when I requested a remake of my drinks. All ya gotta do is ask em folks! Highly recommend the avocado toast and the jalapeño queso and bacon hashbrown bites.

There are good days and somtimes a slow day. It depends. I see everyone doing the best that they can.

I just love their coffee!!!

Ordered a Chai latte and hash browns. Got to the window to pay, I received my drink and the lady says “have a nice day”, but I hadn’t received my hash browns. She then smirks and says “yup they’re coming up in a minute” and walks off. Joking with the cook and brings me back the hash browns burnt and not cooked all the way through… In my mind if the grease isn’t ready just say that it’ll take a moment, apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledge the inconvenience with empathy. Service after Covid trends down more and more it seems like.

0-3 with regard to getting my order right. The second time they gave me a refund. Its not even worth asking for a refund at this point, as they clearly just don't care about their customers, and I'm never going back. Be sure to check your order before driving off. That said, I've never had a problem at the Dewitt or East Lansing Dunkin Donuts.

Absolutely horrible and there is no number to call and speak with ANYONE. This location is always dead so no excuse for horrible wait times or orders. We ordered 3 orders of the bagel minis and each ome was still ice cold in the middle. Then we ordered a large frozen coffee and the ice wasn't even blended. It was ice chunks in the whole drink and what wasn't ice was liquid. There was nothing frozen. We couldn't go back because we were traveling but you can't even call a number to complain. Everytime we get the bagel minis they are cold. This place is NEVER busy so why is this happening, not going back.

Worst one I’ve been to. Waited forever for our food. The person taking our order didn’t even interact with us, and we actually weren’t even sure if she was still there lol

The wait just can not be this long when the line is short and we are not in a peak time. Took legitimately 25 minutes for a coffee, a sandwich, and a doughnut.

Longest wait time ever. Slow workers.
