I had Adaline help me the past 2 days and she was great. It took a few hours to get situated with my phone and she helped a lot. Very patient and friendly. I can tell she cared about helping me. She was very professional and all around good person. Thank you Adaline for your help. :)

Cristi was amazingly helpful! She was so helpful and got my family squared away with 4 new phones and updated plans! It was incredible and her level of customer service is unparalleled!

Michael and Ryan are THE BEST. Being a long-time T-Mobile customer (started when they used to be Voicestream), I appreciated their patience and support. They spent an enormous amount of time with me, in helping to upgrade my phone and working thru the issues having an older, long-time business account.

Ed was great in helping me get a first phone for my daughter. He explained the options & for me the best plan with best rate possible.

I had managed to lock myself out of my cell phone this morning and I absolutely need to be able to access it for work. After speaking to the tech support via landline, I decided to try going to a store front. Ashley was simply amazing, she greeted me and reassured me that she would try everything she could to help me and 10 minutes later I was back in action. Our family is going through a very difficult time right now and communication is extremely important to us. Why I cannot thank T Mobile for the support that I receive to restore my phone. In fact, my wife and I plan on upgrading. A special thanks to Scott, and I apologize for not remembering his team member's name but he was great too.

Very pleasant experience at t-mobile store in barnegat. Mike the assistant manager was extremely helpful and quick. Had a problem with LG phone ugh....upgraded. He processed the entire transaction in 10 minutes or less including having my new phone shipped as they were out of stock. I have had terrible experiences in that store in the past, but feel that he is perfect assistant manager there. So very thankful.

Had an awesome experience! I walked in with an impossible cracked screen that made it difficult to be able to transfer my stuff over to the new cell myself. These 2 guys did it effortlessly and didn't mind that my 2 children were there with me checking out all their cell phones during the process. Greatly appreciated their help! Very knowledgeable!Highly rec going to this location! Never had a bad experience ever!

The employees at this Barnegat T-Mobile store are always courteous and ready to assist with any phone issues. Kyle specifically, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He evaluated my phone problems and went above and beyond to solve the issue and ensure that all my files and data were retrieved and restored on my device. During this time consuming process, he took the time to explain what he was doing, as well as educating me on how to keep the phone running smoothly and recommending system settings and apps that would be useful. I highly recommend this store and trust Kyle's expertise!

I went to Tmobile in Barnegat.
Staff is is Amazing! Everyone so nice, professional. patient, Helpful. Lianna, not only set up my replacement, phone. But also set up my wrist watch. Manager Chris awesome. Highly recommended.

I stopped into the Barnegat store on Sunday the 9th. Ashley greeted me, was friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately that store was put of stock on the phone I wanted. Ashley called 5 stores to locate the phone and had it put to the side for me, as I was going right there.
The other store was helpful but I n3eded more help getting the phone set up. I went back to Barnegat (it's the closest) and Ed showed me slowly and patiently exactly what to do to transfer everything to my new phone. I'm technically challenged to say the least and these 2 made it so simple for me, even though they didn't make the sale. They are true examples of what customer service ahould be. Gove them a raise.

Stefano, Melissa, and KC are excellent. I’ve gone to this store multiple times and they always provide great service. One time I opened a line and Stefan’s went above and beyond in helping me. He stayed past his time until 11 pm to resolve an issue I had with my phone lines. I will highly recommend Barnegat T-Mobile to my family and friends and to any one. Thank you again. All of you are the best😀

I had a great experience at T-Mobile two days ago. Our mobile expert, Lianna, helpfully answered several of our questions. She is a very dedicated worker! She provided great service and guaranteed our satisfaction. Now we undoubtedly know where to go for any assistance in the future.

My wife and I went to T-Mobile this morning in Barnegat. My wife had a crack in her phone. Ashley was our Mobile Expert. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. Great job Ashley 👍
