Whataburger

My first experience at Whataburger was great! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! I had the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger. The fries were hot, fresh, and tasty as well. The strawberry shake was on point. I’ll definitely visit Whataburger again whenever I’m in the area. There are no Whataburgers in Indiana. We definitely need some after my experience.

This is usually a great place to stop after work but I have never had to wait 20 min for eggs at this location... this experience was awful ...I made a mobile order at 1050 and got there at my pickup time of 1105 and was there till 1030 waiting on my food while they waited on everyone else immediately, I have never been so infuriated ever.. ive worked in fast food and I know it can get backed up but this was ridiculous... I won't be returning for awhile ...

The people are nice and friendly. Very clean dining area. Bathrooms are always clean and that is a big plus. I visit so much I almost always see someone I know.

I’ve had issues with this establishment in the past. I go inside and order and pay now. The last couple of visits I’ve been waited on by Robert. He’s extremely attentive made sure my order was correct. Today I bought breakfast for my disabled husband. Food was fresh , hot tasted great. Customer service was impeccable!! Thank you Robert you’ve made my day !!!!

Drive-thru is a nightmare though!

The lady at the drive in widow was the absolute Best most friendly EVER. WINNER !!!!@

My opinion, best burgers and ketchup out there. The flavor of the burger is like none other. My favorite burger joint.

Food was great, and didn't take long to get out, And service was great.

When this location first opened it was brag worthy. The employees were friendly, the orders were always right, and the place was clean. Now the only good thing I can say about it is the place is clean. Has improved over time!!!! I love going here again.

Came in around 930 and the best whataburger I’ve experience I’ve ever had, especially compared to the Royse city location. This location blew them out of the water! So thankful for a great experience since I’ve had many bad experiences in the last few months from other locations. Thank you 🙏

Hate complaining about the wait but it worth it and the servers are always pleasant

This is my first love of a fast food restaurant. The parking lot and drive thru has been well kept with little to no deterioration. The young lady impressed me in that she put nothing in the register as we gave her our order. The registers out front must have been inoperable and had to use the one at the drive thru window. Out of five orders, she only got and order of onion rings wrong, which was an easy fix. Her dedication to not only getting the job done, but done right, is refreshing. The food was tasty, as always. I will always go back.

Shout out to Nova, who was super friendly and professional when it was overwhelming packed and kept a smile on her face. EVEN when another employee was screaming at someone. She made the wait worth it.

We always go to the Quinlan store. It's always clean and they get your order right

The food is always good and fresh and more importantly the customer service is impressive. His phone died, when I called Whataburger. They were super nice and able to track them down. I have no obligation but obviously they care about the public. Thank you Whataburger in Quinlan.

Food was right for a change. A lot slow but it was Halloween

Wife and I stopped for lunch. What we ordered was more than either of us could eat. But food was good.

My workout team went & the staff is great. Manager came out & introduced herself. She is very personable & told us if we ever need anything to let her know. The store is nice & clean with plenty of room for our group. Can't stress enough how friendly the rest of the staff is, even taking group pictures for us! I recommend
