Burger King

I went into Burger King at 2:23 for lunch place my order although it is specific no salt whatsoever on the meat no salt on fries although the staff was shorthanded they were running around like crazy to manager by the name of Amber was my cashier and food prepare and food deliver very very nice lady she had a crew of two which appeared to be brand new folks. Everybody was very professional as far as I’m concerned. Good job Amber nice job Burger King I look forward to coming back.

I went through there last week and the lady with the purple hair was so kind. She had great customer service skills and that is a lost art these days. The food was nothing special, just burger king food. But the service made my week.

I've always loved Burger King, but the Quinlan location can be a hit or miss. There's never enough staff on duty, placing an order is usually easy, but you almost have to wait forever before your order is ready. The food is always done right, it's just the waiting that gets to you. They need some life so to speak in the restaurant. 😊

I do not understand the way this Burger King operates but clearly they take their time to accommodate the customers and I'm fine with that, but this is fast food. I put in a mobile order while I was getting gas next door at the Brookshires and gave my name to the drive thru employee and they gave me directions to pull to the second lane for pickup. I did. So I waited 20 more minutes in the 2nd lane for an online order made during lunch hours and I was the only car in line at 11:30-11:53. No one in drive thru or ordering.

Awesome service,Ariadna a young lady took my order she was so nice! I had to ask for her name for this review since that day I was having a rough day with customer service from other places, I'm glad there is still nice people out there she made my day ,my order was correct and so yummy, clean place 10 out of 10 I would reccomend.

Nice people always friendly!! i meet a girl that works there her name is ariadna and she was sweet would ask if we were okay or needed anything always smiling and being attentive.

This place is amazing and it is so much better than a year ago I will definitely be coming back food is fresh and ready for us with nothing but smiles and good attitudes thank You also a hudge shout out too the morning workers they ARE FANTASTIC N SO KIND! N ready too work

This is an amazing Burger King location. The employees are wonderful, and the food is always enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here, eating, and hanging out!

Just came to visit from north Carolina. Had a wonderful trip and the woman named Kelli at Burger King made my day. Kept my kids happy as well. She was sweet and insightful perfect customer service.

Great place, and whenever Jamie is on shift he makes sure it's ran right!

A bit slow with service, only because corporate won't leave anyone with good skills there.

BK employee repeated order back to me at the drive-thru speaker and then at pick-up window she said "I made sure they cut the onions"! She had one job ...NAILED IT! Great customer service and burger was delicious!

The original chicken is always the best. Very clean. And very likeable.

Stopped by on the way home from the Scuba Ranch in Terrell. The food is good, hot, and fresh not to mention fast. Have stopped by a couple times on the way home and they are always friendly. Last time I had my dog Rascal with me and one of the girls had to say hello and slip him a chicken nugget.

I had stopped attending b/k for many years, I started going now, the staff is very kind. Maria, a staff worker was so kind offering to splice the burger and that caught our attention, we will keep going often again.

Burger King in Quinlan is back baby!!7 days in a row without disappointment, I literally stop eating her at one point!! great job !!!

Went thru drive thru, ordered food, cashier was very friendly. Picked up food & they were friendly as well. When I got home. Food was hot & was delicious. Whopper was dressed out well. Will be going back.

One of the cashiers named Jessica took care of me, and her personality was awesome from beginning to end .Service and food was great.
