I have had my Samsung phone for almost a month now. I have had absolutely NO issues with it at all. Great phone and plan for the price I am paying. Looking to actually switch out my phone and buy a new one but will DEFINITELY be going back through them. Thank you so much for the great customer service and I will definitely be back again.

So we went to get new phones Thursday to this place and it was great. Our agent worked until store closing for us when There was a problem when switching from metro pcs to verizon. 5 🌟 I would highly recommend them if your in the market for a phone new or used

I have dealt with Mobile USA since I moved to Ellijay in October 2018. I have purchased 3 phones and multiple accessories as well as other wifi devices. I have always received an excellent deal and get top notch service with assisting me transfer my info from one device to another. I highly recommend this place for all your cell phone needs. We took a new tracfone into this locally owned and operated shop for help as we are technically challenged and got nowhere on our own. We were given friendly, knowledgeable assistance and had a very positive experience. I will definitely recommend this shop to our friends who need help or a new phone.

We wanted to spend our money with a local private owned company instead of national chain Verizon across the parking lot. Mistake.
They are Dishonest - this store Sold us a
preowned , used , "refurbished" phone....without disclosing that it was used.
One of The owners stated when we tried to get help from them after realizing something was wrong, .... "if it were New it would have cost more" . Wow.
I am a Registered nurse , He is an independent contractor - we don't know what phone new or used cost- i know any cost for most medical needs he knows what it will cost to repair your deck...

They Sell NEW Phones. Why would we not Expect a New Phone? It has not worked since a week and a half after we bought it - we sent to Samsung twice due to unapproved updates done by Whomever refurbished this $550.00 paperweight before mobile USA sold it to us.
So far 170.00 to Samsung repair and over 2 months later and it is still useless - Samsung Cannot repair the damage done to the hardware by the refurbisher.
The store refused to repair or replace or do anything at all ...until we had already sent to Samsung , 2 weeks after asking for help in person at the store and basically being told we must have done something to it. - then they only offered to get it repaired ... it is not repairable. the manufacturer of the Phone... Samsung States the hardware is beyond Repair... We are out 720.00 and have nothing to show for it. If it wouldn't cost more than the phone cost i would take them to court. Incredibly saddened and Disappointed . Ellijay is such a beautiful place. I expect the same honesty and integrity and kindness that myself and my family have, from our communities family owned retailers.

My family has spent over 1300.00 at this store. Our many many neighbors have referred people and we have as well. Now we and many many more people shopped there. It is local the owners are local, we wanted to keep our money local. I will not refer anyone again or shop there again. I purchased a Galaxy note for my dad and it began dropping calls and data would fail and wouldnt dial out. Literally was less than a month We had it. We called verizon to help and a restart profile update helped a little for a few days. Then another wave of dropped calls and unable to make calls and disappearing data. Dad took it to mobile USA for help and nothing could be done. Sim card replaced, verizon, factory reset again . nothing worked and they are refusiing to repalce or repair this over 550.00 useless unusable paperweight.

Never open on time. Boyfriend paid phone bill they cut his service off been off for 3 days they won’t answer their phone at open hours
