Delicious authentic Nepalese food! Friendly service and good prices. No alcohol on the menu, but some guests BYOB.

There's a lot of Indian options on the menu but if you ask the staff, they can direct you to the Nepalese specialties.

Delicious food, amazing environment and very good service. Enjoying your food sitting on a backyard patio is a different experience. Must try here.

Lots of tibetan/nepalese places in Sunnyside/Jackson Heights, and I'd say this is the best one. Better than Dawa and cheaper! We got thukpa, butter chicken curry, and the Chili Pork Momo. Thukpa was solid, butter chicken curry was good, but the Chili Momo. Oh my god. They were AMAZING. Truly the best momo I've ever had. The PERFECT amount of spiciness. So juicy. Ugh. So, so, so good.

Didn’t really know what I was ordering except for the Tandoori Chicken…holy balls!!! It was amazing and so was everything else we ordered! We got a jazzy platter of something which was delicious! I called them since I had so many questions about what was what and the owner (I think he was the owner) was super patient, very kind, and an all around gentleman! Please go here! It’s so good! Let’s support this lovey, local business! I’m dreaming of tandoori chicken!

Fantastic Nepalese food. All the classics. The vegetable samaya bajee was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff was super friendly. Lots of great vegan/vegetarian options. Outdoor space is very nice.

Hole in the wall vibes but plenty of seating. Got the butter chicken masala and it was so good I’ve been thinking about it ever since. Friendly service!

The food was amazing! Great portions, prices, and flavors. The waiters were all happy to explain the dishes we were ordering and gave great recommendations. Service was fantastic. The outdoor space is lovely for dining. Glad to have another amazing restaurant in the neighborhood.

The food had so much flavor and I think it’s priced well. It’s a no frills type of place. It has a backyard, which is nice. Also very accommodating for bug parties.

WOW! This is hands down one of the best meals/cuisines I have ever had in my life. I split the chicken lollipops to start, then I had the chicken Dhido and it was amazing. I split it with my partner and we still couldn’t finish it, it was too good to leave behind so I brought it home and ate it the next day. When I tell you that the flavor of that chicken was like no other, I was so amazed. Ooof

Anyways we got some fried cauliflower on the house. So good! When I got the bill, I was shocked at how little we spent and how well we were fed.

If you are in the area, this is a must try!!!

Just had the most amazing experience at Spicy Nepal! They just opened and we’re happy to have them in our neighborhood!

The food was absolutely delicious - we had a chicken chow mein that was very flavorful! The khoji momos were perfectly pan fried and sooo good! Also had the beef curry and the beef cubes were so tender.

The owners are also very warm and lovely! Highly recommend!

This spot just opened today and I had the pleasure of getting to check out their menu offerings buffet style. HOLY MOLY WAS EVERYTHING DELICIOUS. Lots of delicious traditional Nepalese/Tibetan flavors with tons of options for carnivores and vegetarians alike.

Highlights for me included their chicken momos, their chili chicken, vegetable daal curry and their yummy noodles. They also have a housemade spicy peanut butter sauce that very much lives up to their name and packs a punch - but I would also slather it on basically everything because it’s so good.

The ambiance is really bright and nice. Service was fantastic and you really get the sense that they take great pride in their restaurant (which makes sense cuz yanno…they’re new lol). Beautiful outdoor patio that I wasn’t expecting would be so nice. I heard it used to be purely used for storage by the previous tenant and so they completely redid the floors and completely elevated it into a really nice outdoor space (I uploaded a video so you can see it for yourselves).

I already can’t wait to return. Definitely check this spot in if you’re in the area.

Absolutely delicious food, cozy atmosphere, kind service, and incredible prices. What an amazing addition to the neighborhood. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Our organization hosted the grand opening event at Spicy Nepal. The guests loved the food and really enjoyed the backyard patio dining area. Stand out dishes for me included Chicken Choila and the Chili Tofu with potato. The chef and waitstaff were very accommodating and friendly.

The veggie chili momos were fresh and full of flavor. I'm very lucky to have stumbled upon this spot on my first day in NYC.

Try the Mango lassi!!
