Clean, staffs are welcoming and has initiative and food is fresh and warm here. Bathroom smells good and clean. Ample parking space. High chair available. See images for further reference

Came in with my baseball team after our last game. 15 players and 2 coaches. Ten minutes after walking in the door my entire team had ordered and received their food. Everything was organized and labeled, everyone got what they ordered. AND they comped the two coaches meals to thank us for choosing them to serve our team. I never post on things like this, but these guys were fantastic. 5 stars!

Food, never an issue.
Takes forever here for someone to acknowledge you at the counter to take your order. Drive-through seems more priority.
Tons of ppl back there on staff.
Doesn't make sense.

The Spanish manager in this place, it's a really inefficient person, I asked her for help she was with a bad attitude, talking to me in a bad manner, after I ordered my food, I asked her give my money back because she was acting angry and I respected me talking me in a bad way, so this place it's not recommended. 😓

good breakfast options & great customer service, i ordered breakfast meal which had sausage, but customer service replaced with a hash brown…

The food is pretty much the same at all locations but the service sets them apart!

This is one of the better McDonald's you can go to ,they always get the order right ,they r fast , and just super friendly when I get Micky D's I go here so I k ow I'm getting what I asked and paid for 😃 😊

When in Bridgewater, we ALWAYS go to this McDonald’s. It’s very clean, when we order the staff is friendly, and we get our food fast. Yesterday we ordered at the kiosk and our food came within 2 minutes. The guy who gave us or food, (Joshua) was super friendly and truly cared about each customer. I go back up to tell him how positive my experience was to find out that he is the manager. He is hands down the best manager I have ever talked to. JOSHUA NEEDS A RAISE!!👍👍

If you go to any McDs and expect your food to be exactly how you ordered you’re the true definition of ignorant.. It’s many school children in there working their first job.. y’all mad ova some condiments not being in the bag telling them ‘just shut down’ but want your kids to have jobs.

Super clean, staff extremely helpful(gentleman actually came over and asked if I needed any help with the kiosk). Then i asked my daughter to see if there was any pepper by the soda machine and before she return another staff member came over to our table with pepper packets. "Outstanding customer service guys!!!"

I feel like there should be a limit to how many times I get asked to rate McDonald's. Idk what that says about me but once again- they came through in a clutch. This just so happens to be on the same street the home Depot that I constantly have to go to for my company is and on my way back to work- I was starving. But I saw a line of cars and thought that there would be a wait so I drove past it and got into 287. Then I remembered that THIS particular McDonald's operates outside of the laws of physics when it comes to speed of service so I took the next exit, turned around and came back just because I knew that the amount of time it took for me to go back would be less time than it would take them to get my order ready and unsurprisingly- I was right. This place is the most efficiently ran drive through that I know of in the trip state area. Dual ordering lanes, triple window action and no games played. They know what they're up against in this location and every day they get up screaming Valhalla

I came for lunch and the employees are very friendly. I am handicapped and the cashier helped me bring my food to my table. I will definitely come back.

They've gotten better getting orders correct and less sassiness from the workers. The night team use to be terrible all around - customer service, orders incorrect, attitude. It seems since the pandemic has occurred their business practices have improved. Good job management!

Our favorite McDonald's. We have been visiting them for over 22 years. On all three fronts - food, service, atmosphere - they rate well.

The lady taking orders was wonderful, even though it was busy and my order was complicated.

I have not been in McDonalds for more than 7 years. What a difference! First, you can to order your food using terminal. Then you seat at the table and 4 minutes later you have your meal. FANTASTIC!!!

I always like to see an efficient drive through.This location is one of them.The line moves at a good pace,the service comes with a smile,and the food is hot and fresh.What more can you ask for!
