Gong Cha

Good tea, lots of options and customization. The Thai Tea Latte was a touch too sweet for my liking. I’ll be sure to order less sugar next time. There was plenty of parking. The location is good as well. (My husband and I stumble upon this Gong Cha location because we were grocery shopping at the Japanese Market down the street.) The inside was well decorated.

I love their tea! (Actually think this is like the best in the area) esp the fruit ones🩵🩵

There are not many ppl in there ( like usually empty with ppl just coming in for pick up. But there's a spot that is separating you from other ppl so you can chat quietly without extra eyes and ears.(And there's no food if someone's wondering)

Finally the staff is really nice!!

Everything they make is absolutely amazing! The winter melon lemon basil seed with the lemon pulp is currently my favorite. The peach starfruit jelly milk slush is also a great choice. Anything you order will be good, you can’t go wrong at Gong Cha.

Kelvin and Milani were both super sweet, gave great recommendations, and made awesome drinks! Love coming here to grab a tea and eat my lunch before getting back to work!

Really cute shop, super clean, and the staff were SO helpful - I have celiac so she went back and checked what is gluten free and it was late at night so she helped me pick something caffeine free. It was delicious. I like this place, possibly more than the other places up the road. The location is tough so I hope this place lasts!

This location recently opened and it’s brand new and clean. I got the matcha brown sugar with cold foam and it was delicious!

I’ve ordered many times here before and every time I go the workers never fail to satisfy. It feels welcoming, tea is great and it’s a great place to study!

I’ve also ordered online and despite it being a bit pricier than in person (due to door dash fees) it’s still very worth it when I’m not able to make it into the store.

The place has a huge selection, I was not expecting all of the different types of toppings. I got the taro with regular and white pearls. It was exactly what I needed to spend a day at the airport.
I wish I'd gotten the name of the server behind the counter because she was lovely. If I lived closer I'd stop by every day. Thanks for the great drink and great service! :]

It is my first visit hear service was fast and polite. A simple message on my cup love yourself made my day. You never know what someone is going through and this simple message made me feel better thank you.

I absolutely love Gong Cha! I feel like I've never been dissapointed by a drink and the workers have been fantastic with helping me find something new to try! (I tend to be nervous with new things). I have genuinely spent hours in there drinking tea and reading and love every second. I can't name a single worker I've had a negative experience with!

The staff were really kind to us and once you know your way around the menu the drinks are incredible! My favorites are the milk foam peach slush, the passionfruit yogurt slush, and the mint cookies n' dream smoothie (incredible).

All of the bubble tea in West Hartford is delicious and this is a really fun addition with actual space to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Not to mention free parking!

Great spot! Super friendly staff that helped me customize my drink to my liking and great drink menu! They even have slushies you can get and almost a dozen toppings to choose from. Super super clean and tons of seating to hang out. My passionfruit green tea was delicious and refreshing and I will definitely be back to try some more.

The staff were very polite and kind! The tea had more of the classic tea taste than other bubble tea places which I love! I had the earl gray milk tea and it was amazing!
