LOVE THIS STORE!! The employees were terrific, and very helpful. They told me about all sorts of deals they had going on, and showed me right where everything was! Definitely will shop here again!

I originally had a review up with 1 star, but felt I needed to update my review after the last few times shopping within torrid. The recent ladies that have been working there + the manager are super nice, and welcoming. The first few times I shopped at this location it was very unwelcoming. There must be a change in employees, because my last time shopping was delightful!

I visited the Tori’s at the fox run mall, I met 2 girls working there 1 had a Gemini tattoo and both of them where awesome! They really made my experience so nice! I wish I could remember there names! Thank you for making my day great!

I wish I knew the girls name that was working last night (9/12/22 Mon, 6:30pm). She was also working last month when I went in. She is extremely friendly personable and welcoming. I appreciate you sweetie! Thanks for all you do!

Sizing is done in a way to help combat negative self image of larger girls, which is FANTASTIC! I have a young teen relative who has body image issues & this store does things in a positive way & carries fashionable items well suited for her frame so clothes shopping transforms from nightmare to dream! Instead of dreading buying & trying on new things she enjoys it here! Everyone needs to wear clothing, & nobody should feel like finding things that fit & look good is difficult. Everyone deserves to have the confidence in their appearance that shopping here provides! Also their clearance racks are VERY well stocked with PLENTY of selections so even on a budget this store is doable! Awesome experience!

Why do the mannequins here have hyper-realistic eyeballs that squint

Love them! I always find what I need. Employees are friendly and are always ready to help make your outfit complete. If they dont have what you need in stock they willing to help you find d it online and ship to the store or your home. Very friendly and welcoming.

Superior customer service from amazing employees that go above and beyond. A pleasant surprise in an industry where actual SERVICE is in a STEEP decline. I love love LOVE Torrid!

Friendly staff and great deals. I’ve always had great experiences in this store. Been shopping here for years. I have a torrid store close to me but was treated very poorly so I drive out of my way when I want to shop in store.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I had no idea about the size translation because I missed the sign and the staff here helped me anyway as if the sign weren't there at all. They helped me find colors, styles, and sizes that suited my shape and made me feel good about how I look again. 😊

I found the only t-shirt I've ever loved or that has fit 100% here, its the perfect length in the front and on the biceps 💪! Perfect for those who hate their upper arms. Let me tell you about the bras!!! I dont have to keep adjusting my bra every two seconds anymore! No back fat rolling over, no uncomfortable straps! No squished or pushed down tatas! Great lift & support, and beautiful plunge. I dont feel like a granny with 90% of my breast covered in cloth anymore, in order to get the support I needed. Pure amazing!

I have been here several times and I am so appreciative of how the staff is. It is so nice to not have people judge you because of your size. Everyone is just amazing and I feel like I fit in.

Torrid has amazing styles and selections for the body types that are hard to shop for. I always leave feeling like Ive got something that I can feel comfortable in!

The staff are so helpful. If your plus size and have a hard time finding cloths.. This is the place to go.
