Fish Tales Restaurant and Bar

If you're tired of the corporate restaurants in Spring Hill, take a short drive north for fantastic food and service. Georgie served us with smiles and care.
Very clean establishment, they got a game room and pool tables.
Now, for the best part, the food. We had oysters Rockefeller and fresh fried mushrooms. Both were great. Fresh made salad, how often do you see that? Steak and shrimp and fish and chips for entres. The meals were just plain good. Also, all the sauces are made in-house.
Well worth the short drive to enjoy a fine meal and service.

We had dinner here with relatives. We had New England ClamWin Chowder, Seafood Gumbo, Combo Seafood Wrap, Blackened Grouper and Shrimp. The Salad was great, fully dressed with homemade dressing, I had Crab Cakes that were the best I've had in years. All food was great, delicious and prepared to perfection. Everyone enjoyed the dinner, service and atmosphere. We will surely make many more trips here. Georgia was our server and she was excellent. Great, great place, you will not be disappointed to eat here!

This was the first time I was there with a friend from Texas. I'll waitress Jennifer! Was absolutely delightful! Our appetizers were the lobster bowl and the seafood chowder pictured. The seafood lasagna picture was absolutely delicious and that was a take-home LOL we also had a ginger noodle seafood that was very good as well. Take home LOL love the garlic toast that we got with our meals. Didn't get a picture of the escargot but served in a lovely dish and absolutely excellent! Should have got a picture! Another appetizer. Absolutely all of it was delicious!

We had a most wonderful dinner, the food was fresh and delicious! The staff is fantastic, happy smiles were a plenty! 😁😊 I enquired about T Shirts with their Logo, waiting for smalls to come in. Yay! We enjoyed the atmosphere~ blue green water colors & fish decor, very relaxing along with music they play.🎶 We felt like we were on vacation for a short while. It was delightful ! We will be back often!

My wife and I stopped off for some fish and chips. The service was prompt and friendly, and the drinks we ordered were satisfying. The tilapia was good, and we could tell it didn't come out of a box. Georgie stayed on top of everything and was fun to talk with. Good place to stop if you love seafood and want to enjoy a drink with it.

Cannot say enough about how amazing restaurant this is.. the staff is very nice. the food is unbelievable delicious.. waiting for my next visit to go there. Their fish tacos are really fabulous too

Went for lunch and will definitely go back! We had fish tacos, a grilled shrimp basket and shrimp ceviche. The pieces of fish in the tacos were huge! It was easily twice the amount that I've gotten in other restaurants. Shrimp basket came with fries and hushpuppies. We were too full to try the hushpuppies but I was told the fries were very good. The pool table was level with felt and rails in great shape. This might seem simple but you would be surprised at how appreciated it is when a place has something better than your typical bar quality tables.

I've been going here for about a month and a half and i've nothing but exceptional service and food.the staff is friendly and very accommodating.the prices are very reasonable and daily specials.if you are in the area stop by and enjoy some good food and drinks.

A diamond in the rough!! Our first time here!! The food is FANTASTIC!!! The service is A+++ and hopefully you will get Jasmine as your bartender, she suggested and made a drink I might not have ever considered. We had the Lobster Bisque and Salmon. I cannot say enough about this restaurant!!

Food and service is the best, our server kept our drinks full and also came by offen to see if we needed or wanted anything.

From all snow crab dish the one here wow, loved it. Snow crab, French fries nice size , delicious cole slaw…hush puppies…I’m not fan of hush puppies and I loved these…in all seasoning is the best.

Great food, reasonable prices, great atmosphere, everyone has a great attitude, it is definitely a great place to go to just chill out and watch a game or hang out with the family or if you just feel like going up and having a bucket for $5 bucks any alcoholic mixed drink you could want and they make very good drinks!! They also have a great menu and the food is phenomenal they go out of their way to make everything come out tasting amazing thank you for a great Valentine's dinner it was the best dinner I think I have had in a very long time I was very pleased with the whole thing! ❤ OMG THE LOBSTER BOMB WAS THE BOMB I WANT MORE!!! SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!

Jasmine the Bartender was amazing and she knows a lot about the area. My husband and I had the Run Runners and they did not disappoint. The food was beyond delicious. We has the Oysters Rockefeller, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, and Seard Ahi Tuna I literally did the little boudie dance at the taste of the Tuna. It was perfect. The owner came out and had an amazing conversation on the changes he has made since buying in December 2022 as a full restaurant menu with fresh seafood made to order. Trust me when I tell you it is absolutely worth the wait. Your tongue will beat your lips up trying to get to the next bite. Even the Tuna and Scallop drippings on the bed of lettuce it is served on was delicious.
You definitely get the upscale riverfront dining feel and menu in a relaxed fun sports bar atmosphere and prices. 10/10 will recommend and come back!!

Food is AWESOME!! Everything is made to order. Prices are super reasonable and the staff is pleasant and quick. Jasmine behind the bar couldn't be more friendly!! My new place to go for lunch or dinner. Plus $4.50 for 6 wings on Wednesday 😲.

My family has been coming here for a year or so. They brought on a new chef not long after we found the place and he has added some great things to the menu. They’ve updated the inside in the past year, as well. I love their Grouper Rueben, my dad loves their spinach salad (the spinach is fried in duck fat and he devours it even though he’s a meat and potatoes kind of guy), and my mom and I love the shrimp ceviche, even though we’ve never been fans of ceviche elsewhere. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in the area even though it doesn’t have a view (that’s typically the first thing I look for when I’m eating out) and it’s never been crazy busy when we’ve gone.

Great food. Everything made to order and the homemade sauces are fantastic. Love the bartender Jasmine drinks were good and reasonable. Try to go once a week. Nothing like the old Fish Tales!!!!!

Great service by Katie and food is delicious! Had the shrimp skillet and it was loaded with flavor! Key lime pie is definitely homemade! Can’t wait to come back and try more food/desserts!

Wow! What an outstanding meal we had! I wish I could give 100 stars it was sooo good! First, two of us had the blackened grouper pasta Primavera, and it was so good my mouth couldn't wait for the next bite! The portions were huge, we brought some home. Our other guests had crab legs and raved about how fresh and delicious they were. It was karaoke night and we found ourselves singing along and applauding for the guests who sang. Lovely young lady, Katie, was our server and did an outstanding job. Our large group couldn't be happier with Fish Tales. And we will be going back again and again! A+++++

Great place! We ride our bikes there about 10 mi. r.t. so we are thirsty! The bartender is so sweet and makes me amazing salads! The menu looks great!
