Novo Life Counseling

I have had nothing but a lovely experience at Nova Life Counseling. I have been going to sessions at Nova Life for over two years. Not only has my therapist Hannah helped improve my mental health, but she also helped shape the person that I am today. I am able to articulate what I am struggling with and also my needs more clearly to others in my life. I would recommend Nova Life Counseling to anyone. Novo Life Counseling has been a Blessing. A few years ago my girlfriend and I were looking for some relationship counseling when we found Novo Life. We had been through several counselors before we found a wonderful fit here. I have seen both Leanne and Drew. I found both of them to be warm and friendly, they also have wonderful insights. The office is peaceful, relaxing, and inviting. I would recommend Novo Life to any of my closest friends or family!

4 and a half years ago I received a Traumatic Brain and Eyes injury. Since then I have been on a long journey to get better. I came across Novo Life because they offered Lens neurofeedback.

I am grateful and impressed by their service. Not only did they tailor the treatment to my needs, they also took a holistic approach in trying to understand what else could be impacting or compounding the problem you are having.

I can honestly say I am getting better, and that I look forward each week to my session with Drew.

When I needed someone the most, Hannah was there to listen. I met with her weekly for three months before she went on maternity leave to have her beautiful baby and I moved to California. I wish I was able to continue seeing her but the move made that impossible. Hannah changed my life and I am so thankful every day that I took the step to take care of my mental health. I've been coming to Novo Life on and off for a number of years, they have a very relaxed office with great therapists. Even after moving out of the region I still grab a remote session now and again and get the same great experience. Drew has been very effective in helping me improve my mental health.

I have been coming to Novo Life Counseling for several months now for Neurofeedback and can confidently say this technique has been instrumental in helping me manage my anxiety.

Novo explained in “layman’s terms” how neurofeedback worked, which made me feel extremely comfortable and motivated to move forward.

From the first session, I was hooked (I know, sounds strange)! I look forward to coming in every week, because I know with every session my anxiety is decreasing. However, if I do have an off week my therapist offers other tools and techniques to help me cope with my symptoms.

The biofeedback work I did with Drew has helped and continues to help me recover from several challenging coexisting mental conditions. I’ve seen significant improvements with emotional regulation, focus and brain fog. This system is painless, easy and paved the way to lift me out of depression making positive feelings much easier to attain. I cannot express how helpful biofeedback has been in my life and I would recommend it to anyone out there struggling with mental issues.

I have been working with Hannah for two years now. My meetings with her have been such a blessing in my life. Her ability to read someone's thoughts and feelings is second to none. Our daughter has ADHD and we have tried everthing and then someone told us we should look into Lens Neurfeedback. While searching for a practitioner,we found Drew at Novo Life Counseling in Kirkland. He has worked with our daughter and he was warm and welcoming. The Neurofeedback that he has done has drastically helped our daughter with her ADHD and mood issues. We drive all the way over from Leavenworth each week just to see Drew and would highly recommend Novo Life Counseling. Our daughter leaves each week saying "I like drew". He is someone she really trust and feels comfortable sharing her issues. Definitely worth the travel!
