Always great service at this location. Sometimes they're a little understaffed and the line to get help at the counter can seem a little long, but it has almost always moved fairly quick for me. The employees working the counter have been a pleasure to talk to every time I've been here. I enjoy coming to this post office when I need to send a package or get any special postal service.

I don't have anything negative to say about my local postal service office (Olathe).

I prefer USPS for me and for my Handmade Soap business. I've never received any complaint from my customers.

PS. We have the best mail man, I don't know his name but he is professional and a great person.

I reported a couple of missing packages to USPS - mistakes are bound to happen. Mr. Reed was able to locate where they were misdelivered and get them to me very quickly. Thank you!

Big shout out to Doris on Tax day 7/15/20. She was super nice on a record setting mail day and added some tape to my bulging envelope about to split at the seams with my too many pages tax return. Love Doris!

Seeing a lot of 1 star and “wish I could give less” I was there quick to get a change of address and request a new key to a mailbox seeings how I’ve just moved here from MN there was 1 lady working had 5-6 people she moved the line quick and got to me and my family no wait she was happy to get us what we needed welcomed us to the neighborhood and wished us a good day, hoping that this wasn’t a first time experience and that this great service continues

I ship my books through this post office. They’re always friendly and helpful with my media mail shipping. Would recommend!

Needed information on a package that was being held at the post office and was able to get exactly the information that I needed. An actual human answered the phone - no annoying voice prompts that send you in circles. Very friendly and helpful.

I only needed to buy stamps and send a letter. The automated stamp machine allowed me to do all I needed and avoid the line.

Looks like the post office has a low Google score! Oh no! Why would anyone take the time to give a poor Google review to a post office!?! Knowone cares what you think. Get a life!

Very good service including an expeditor in the lobby area who is subjected to pretty miserable work conditions. Very happy with the service received.
