The lines may be long, but the exceptional service that I've received from an employee, Jose, is well worth the wait!

Jose has helped me on many occasions, and he always has a upbeat attitude, is very pleasant to talk to, and treats you like a human being.

I can imagine that working at the post office can be very tedious, and frustrating at times, dealing with enraged customers.

This is all the more reason why people like Jose should be recognised!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. There have been several times where they have helped me with finding the best or lowest cost way to ship a package. I have also used the passport services at this location with a good experience.

There's usually a long line here, but today I was the only customer. Regardless, I've always had good experiences at this post office. Today was no exception. He listened to what I needed (somewhat unusual forwarding situation), helped me, explained how it was going to work going forward.

Pia consistently delivers outstanding customer service at this location. Her dedication is evident in her late hours, helpfulness, and attention to detail when handling packages. I appreciate her listening skills and assurance that my shipments are in capable hands. Thank you, Pia, for your exceptional service in this demanding industry.

Excellent service. Jennifer, the woman with the long blonde hair, helped me at the service counter. She was very helpful and friendly. She showed me the certified lables have a section that peels off with the number to apply to the green return signature cards so it does not need to be hand written. Thank you for showing me this time-saving tip!

I originally gave 2 stars, but this past year this location has really stepped up. I’m always getting my mail accurately now and the folks inside continue to remain stellar. I believe we got a new person for my route and it has definitely shown. Keep up the good work.

The 2 girls who work in the building are always super friendly, but my mail woman isn’t very good at her job. I’m constantly getting other people’s mail, my mail is “lost”, packages marked delivered that never were..

We had a passport appointment at 9 a.m. today for our 2 sons and Suzanne was super wonderful to work with. She was knowlegeable, helpful and very nice through the whole appointment. She even saw that my husband and I were submitting our renewals and she assisted us with getting those mailed as well. Just really wanted to recognize Suzanne's great service today! Very happy with the service we received!

Had help finding the correct size box as well as the less expensive choice.

I went here for my first passport. I filled out everything online and printed out, wrote a check, and got all the documents they needed. Suzanna is professional, patient, and fast. The whole process took me like 10 minutes.

If you want great service, look for Quentin. He has amazing customer service skills and is a natural problem solver. He's shipped so many tennis racquets for me that's he's my go to there. I rather wait 15 extra minutes in the line so I can get to his desk. Keep up the great work and hope your supervisor reads this and appreciates the great work you do!

Reading and looking at the reviews I was a bit skeptical to get my passport here. However, the blonde lady was extremely nice and the process took much faster then I thought. If you come in on time and set an appointment all will be well.

I have had to send many overseas packages over the past 3 years to my guy who deploys and I come here every single time. The same couple of sweet ladies help me each time and they are so nice and more than helpful, friendly and patient with the process. It’s so great to have such an awesome post office experience.. even when the line is out the door they are friendly and patient. I am so grateful.

Great customer service. Please there are all nice. When I was at loss missing a package I was going to take it to my vacation, Brinda helped me with a lot of info. and correspondence so my significant one didn't miss to have his Christmas gift from me. Everybody there were trying to help my situation and it made my day.

Called the post office and spoke with Ray about forgetting to change my address on a website where I purchased something. The package was destined to a house I lived in 6 months ago. It was due to be delivered there today and he grabbed it before it went out. I am so grateful! Thank you, Ray! you made my day!

The gentleman I saw. Was very kind, polite and helpful.

I was nervous to let them handle shipping my items once I read these reviews, but my experience was excellent. Short waiting time, and the lady at the counter was very nice. I had taped my box incorrectly, and she fixed it up and taped it for me.

A shout out to SUZANNE at the Olathe East Branch / 66062. She is a master at passport service. Even got a good picture of the 2 year old. Ha! I've completed 2 international adoptions now - that means a lot (!) of trips to the post office - and am always pleased with the customer service at this branch. Thank you, ladies!

I've been to a lot of post offices, and received a lot of terrible service and crappy attitudes. Suzanne at the Olathe East branch was AMAZING. She was so kind, so helpful and so efficient in processing my children's' passports.
