Wonderful thrift store, Staff is very friendly, Knowledgeable, and helpful. The place is huge, and has good pricing. I like shopping there and helping to support their mission in providing food and clothing for people less fortunate than I.

They are very amazing ladies, the store is very clean and organized, great job guys, keep up the great work.

Fantastic variety available, and always rotating! This is becoming my favorite place to "treat myself" to clothing, home goods, and craft supplies!

This is a great charity to support. PAMELA AND SHARON, provided excellent customer service. It's about helping Knoxville and its people. AT THE END OF THE DAY KINDESS AND HELPING ONE ANOTHER GOES A LONG WAY. MY HAT GOES OFF TO LADIES OF CHARITY. ALSO let me not forget Dexter and the whole staff their. Keep up the Good works! Hello I am Jesse I am going to Tennessee Wellness rehab here in Knoxville I am in need of a backpack and food wouid be helpful as I’m awaiting food stamps,as an alcoholic I’ve never been in this shape before in life,awful but any help appreciated Thanks

It's convenient parking everyone that works there is really helpful when you need help and they help the homeless , single parents and have such friendly people

I was thrilled to stumble upon this gem! I was greeted immediately upon walking through the doors with a handshake and FORMAL introduction...was even introduced to their program director. Awesome selection of merchandise at AMAZING prices! Felt like home being there. I am not from town ...but come once a year for business at this time. I WILL RETURN....one of the BEST thrifts I've been to in MANY states and will make this a stop as soon as I return! Clean store, AMAZING staff and a mission WORTH supporting!!

Great place to find a good bargain. Only things is when trying something on try to avoid touching the floor with your socks of bare feet. I took my shoes off and the dust/grit on the floor stuck to my socks and an hour later I had little itchy bumps on my toe ((perhaps dust mites (not to deter customers away!)) Just being honest. I washed my feet and it went away.

Best store in town. Hands down. I come in all the time. It’s literally my favorite store to go to. The manager is so awesome and friendly to talk to. All the employees are so sweet and nice. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Not to mention how much they help the community.

A clean, reasonably priced thrift store that does many good things in their community. People were extremely helpful and nice. There are 3 sections, two downstairs and then merchandise upstairs also. I was impressed with how clean it is. I was there late morning and they were still bringing stuff out. Other Knoxville thrift stores should go there and learn how to be a true thrift store for their respective communities.

Fast, friendly and very helpful. I do wish they would receive donations for larger men. I'm tall and chunky. It's very hard and extremely expensive to find good clothing that fits. All in all this is an awesome place if you are down and out of food and or clothes.

Thr Most generous charity I have ever encountered, i walked in on a whim and left with so much for free... i was given a large box of food , toiletries, 4 rolls of toilet paper , 6 articles of hand picked clothing for myself and 6 for my daughter I chose from their thrift store , pull ups ,a few toys and i will get a very nice layette once my child is born for free. We also were given tickets to get free coats at coats for the cold .. the people were so nice.

They help out in so many ways. Such a wonderful place. If you have fallen on hard times they will help with food and clothing. A little goes a long way. May God bless them in many ways and years to come

Not necessarily my favorite thrift store to shop at, though you never know what you will find, but the best in the area for giving donations. They truly are helping families and less fortunate people in the area with your donations!

They provided a new car seat for my daughter and told us to pay it forward. No questions asked except showing who we were. They are the best!

Ladies of Charity is a really good thrift store. They have all the usual items that you will typically find at thrift stores but they use the profits from those sales to better the community. Most of revenue from other thrift stores is paid directly to their CEOs as income. The prices at Ladies of Charity are also reasonable. The only problem is that it seems to take a long time to get new items out onto the sales floor. A large area of the back sales area is blocked off and stacked floor to ceiling with merchandise.

The people I meet there are caring and giving. The service's they offer are wonderful. Thift store is great and prices are very reasonable. They offer help in the way of food bank and clothes bank.
