Well I went there to get some perfume for my girlfriend. ROMANCE by Ralph Lauren!!! How Lucky I was amazing price plus I found exactly what she was wanting. Thank U Macy's and Ralph Lauren.. I along with my girlfriend are very grateful.

My daughters wedding is in September and I was a bit overwhelmed with finding a suitable dress. I found one that was perfect. They had many wonderful choices. And it didn't cost me a fortune.

Usually returning anything is a nightmare, after Christmas or not. Mary Jane made our transition quick easy and FUN. There was great customer service but she also made my wife and I laugh! My wife recently got some sad family news and I can't tell you how much it meant to hear her laugh! This employee met above and beyond our needs and our visit will not be forgotten. Thank you Mary Jane!

Loved the 2 ladies who helped me. Erin and Cora? I spent over 2 hours in this store and these 2 were great helping me find what i wanted. Even to the point of ordering an item that was not on the floor but was found in the computer system will be shipped to my house. They were great and prevented me from having a meltdown.

I've always loved having the choice to shop here. Sadly won't have this option any more. It was especially useful for holiday, wedding, prom dresses.

An excellent location. Great variety, trendy styles, and sales if you are savvy.

Very friendly and helpful. I bought a Dolce and Gabna light blue pack for Xmas and it stopped spraying. One of the women working there, Indian lady helped me and put a new cap on it and viola!! Thanks guys

I took my mother shopping while she was here visiting me. Mom wanted a new purse. The sales associate periodically checked in with us, but was not intrusive. We were able to find just what Mom wanted. The associate promptly came back to answer questions thoroughly and check is out. Mom loves her new purse.

The cashier and Manager were eager to assist me. I asked if they could hold some items until Wednesday. Well, I couldn't get back until today but they remembered my name and had kept my merchandise until I returned. Kudos!

I was helped by I think her name is Norma in the lingerie department, and even though it's a super busy time of the year and she was short staffed, she still found time to give me personal service and try to help me find something in my size. Even the things on sale that weren't available she didn't treat it like it mattered any less than someone else. When she did leave me for someone else who needed her, I didn't feel like I was being brushed off. Excellent customer service, I think she runs the department there. I wish I was more sure of her name. But the best lingerie shopping experience I've had! My husband and a friend sat in the chairs near the fitting rooms while I shopped and weren't made to feel unwelcome either.

I love to shop here. It's clean and friendly. Renee at the Estee Lauder counter is the most professional and knowledgeable lady I have ever dealt with. She is a true asset to this store. They always have great sales as well.

I went here to get a watch yesterday. Taylor in the fine jewelry was fantastic and so kind; she helped me pick the perfect watch and got it sized just right.

I just like to shop and I like Macys have the most beautiful earring I got there and they were on sale normally 250 for 90 dollars. And I bought this really nice shirt reg price 35 not over priced which a lot of people have the wrong out look on Macys great quality you get what you pay for so near that in mind

There’s this really nice girl who works here! I forgot her name. Maybe it was Alexa? She was the best employee I’ve ever met in my life. Very professional. If she were working for me I would give her employee of the month every month :)

Love the diversity of clothing styles. Also glad there are so many great sales and markdowns! Sad I have to travel 4 hrs to shop at a Macy's. Hope you don't have to close any more stores!!

Store is good, it’s not any different or more special than any other Macys I’ve been in. There were some stock problems previously but that seems to have been resolved

Been a Macy's lady for years. Good quality clothes, jewelry, bedding & more. Lots of variety, great prices & always fun.

Enjoyed our visit. The cologne/perfume specialist was wonderful. She was very helpful and kind. She remembered us from our last visit. Will return again.

Omg the girl at the jewelry counter was the best. I have never in my life been in a retail store where someone made me laugh have fun and enjoy shopping like she did. My boyfriend even had fun!
