If your in the market for a car battery and tired of getting the runaround with so called warranties, O'Reillys on Franklin Ave in Waco is the place to go. No nonsense 3 yr warranty, if it doesn't work, the replace it. Unlike competitor Advance Auto Parts who told me my 4 yr warranty wasn't covered because a 800 cca battery testing at 487 cca isn't bad in their opinion. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake, go to O'Reillys and be done with it the first time. Great People and Great Service.

A dead battery is always a troublesome and a downer for the day. O’Reilly a auto parts is quite near my house, so I went there hoping got the best. They had the battery I needed at a price that was affordable, so we were in business. But I mainly want to mention an employee named Taylor. He’s quite young, but so polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He made my day so much better than it started out. I recommend this business highly.

I got stranded at their store and they helped me out!

This morning, I went to Oriley's to get a part. When I went back out to my car, it wouldn't start so I went inside to wait for a friend to pick me up. While inside, they asked me where my daily car was. I told them what was wrong with it and that I had just picked up the part for it but was now stranded there in my other car because it wouldn't start. I also had a flat from the cold weather but live close by and knew I could get it home.

Without hesitation, they sent people out there to jumpstart my car and fill up my tire! I was having such a stressful morning and they made it tremendously better. Thank you!

I stopped in today to get new windshield wiper blades, and a jug of washer fluid. The kindest gentleman, Calvin assisted me. He installed them for me and insisted I sit in car since it was cold this morning. He even filled my washer fluid and straightened the hood holder thing that someone had bent at some point. He was an absolute gentleman and this lady appreciated his kindness which is so rare in this day and time. Hope his employer recognizes him. Thank you, Calvin for restoring this old ladies belief that gentlemen still exist!!

I have a huge shout out to Harlan from the Franklin Ave location in Waco, TX. After a very frustrating and hostile experience, at the 18th Street location, he had us in, out and fixed up very quickly.

I purchased a car battery just over a year ago for $300+ and it was determined, today, that the battery had gone bad. When the female employee at the 18th street location looked into our account, she said that it showed that the core was accounted for but that it didn't show a battery was ever purchased and said there was nothing she could do for me. Knowing the information was incorrect, I asked her to look further. When she refused, I asked for the store manager and at that time, the employee began to yell, cuss me out and was screaming obscenities as she walked to the back. She finally became quiet when I said that I would be making a police report- which I have followed thru with.

I left the store and immediately called the Franklin Ave location and spoke with Harlan. He was kind, knowledgeable and understanding to the situation. He was able to, professionally, locate the original purchase of the battery that had gone bad and was able to issue a replacement battery with the warranty. Within moments I went from swearing I'd never step foot back in that store to feeling relieved that there was a different caliber of employee just down the road that was knowledgeable enough to dig a little deeper to find the needed information to get my car up and running again.

Super knowledgeable, very fair pricing. Cannot remember the name but there was a young Hispanic male who even carried items to my car for me. Truly a customer service driven company. That's hard to come by! Go see them!

My mother went to O'Reilly today and spent over $300 on front end parts and they have everything but one thing amazing they do keep a good stock in store at the Franklin location.

Devon the store manager was a great help with the tools that I needed to rent Teresa took care of us a sales clerk she was off the chain she went through everything with this explain what she had what you didn't have wrote on the boxes where they went overall very good experience and O'Reilly's on Franklin

So, I've been in there a few times. There is a woman stocking, and she is there walking around to help you, this may have been a coincidence that both times I visited in particular she was doing the same job doing the same thing. What O'Reilly does not understand this even if that was accidental that I just happened to come in while the woman was stocking 2 times on two different occasions, that is something that would be innovative. A live human walking around the store literally just there to help you, nothing else, but to help you find what you need. Now that would start something amazing.

The employees here have always been more than friendly in my shopping experiences. Now I prefer to use the online ordering options to have the items ready when I pull up.

I came inside looking like an idiot thinking I just had to change my break light. Turns out my bulbs were completely destroyed and I needed an almost full light makeover! I didn't have that much money (being a broke college student) but the assistant manager Ernie worked diligently to find me the best value for me. Fantastic job!!!

Needed to get break lights fixed and Austin helped me out. Just wanted to say thank you Austin for the great customer service I walked in there not sure on what I needed and you were extremely patient with me I really appreciate that. Also, you helped me get exactly what I needed and helped me put the light bulbs in as well as teaching me how. You sir a a great employee hope you get a raise!
