I pulled in to get a front signal light fixed, no one was here so Al went and picked up Tim, who came and fixed my light.
It all started with a phone call from Quinton, and that's all it too!
I'm single, female, and handicapped....
I don't know what I would've done done without these gentlemen.

I've been here a couple of times for different things and every time I go the staff is incredibly helpful! Always so kind and willing to teach! I'm not sure the name of the gentlemen who helped me but I am so grateful for their help with replacing my battery and knowledge on Catalytic converter cleaning fluid! Really saved me from having to spend more than I needed too! Thank you!

Neil was amazing! I had to wait in line for a few minutes, but once he got to me, he was on it! He had to replace another customer’s battery, but went ahead and put the battery checker on his cart so he could check my battery as soon as he was finished without having to go back inside. Once we realized my battery was dead, and we realized that the battery wasn’t from Auto Zone, he helped me figure out where the original battery was from so I could try and redeem the warranty. He also helped explain why my battery had corroded and the damage that caused to the cells of the battery. He recommended an inexpensive ($3) fix to help prevent it on my new battery, and helped me find the perfect fit for a new battery for my car! He was super friendly, and was willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Not only was Neil awesome, another staff member asked if I needed help while Neil was going back to grab another battery to find one that better matched the size of my original one. I would definitely recommend this location!

I have come here twice and both times have been incredible. The first was for a new battery and the gentlemen helped me and explained what was going on with my battery. Today I came in to replace a oil cap I had bought from another autozone. The cap wasn’t fully twisting in. Walked in and out within 5 minutes and associate didn’t chaRge me for the new oil cap since I had gotten it from autozone. As a women, I have felt very comfortable coming in and the service has been excellent. Thank you!

Get in the zone AutoZone I have been quite helpful and they have provided me with the service that I require seems like it is the place to go if you have a jaguar I have spent my life being Napa and O'Reilly loyal but it seems like for Jaguar parts AutoZone is the place when O'Reilly's tells me that it'll be a week before they can get a part in I go to AutoZone and I can get it in very next day or even that evening if it's early enough in the morning

I received excellent service from employee Tim B today. I needed a bulb for my truck and he assisted me from beginning to end. Thank you Tim 👍🏽

This place is well stocked and well managed. The employees are very helpful and I really appreciate the one on one attention you receive from this AutoZone Auto Parts on 18th st in Waco , Texas.

My wife was stranded with a dead battery. I went to the Autozone at 2611 N. 18th street and saw that the hours were 8am to 9pm. I arrived at 7:30am. Rick (The sales associate) saw me waiting and looking stressed and opened the store early to assist me! Rick was very helpful and courteous and went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer! It is because of employees like Rick that I continue to do business with Autozone and will do so for the foreseeable future! Thank you Rick and Autozone!! Excellent service and overall establishment!!

Had a great experince at this location with thanks to one of the guys named Alex Kelly. Helped with installing a new battery and did it in under 30 minutes. Great and fast service that I couldn't have elsewhere!!

Store #1567, N.18th St., Waco, Tx, .Dec.2013: I was so impressed with service rep., Debra McGee, who went above and beyond in customer service. My car stalled due to a bad battery and when I called AutoZone, Debra answered. I explained my situation and asked if they could recommend a garage/mechanic who could help me since I was not able to drive to her location. Debra told me they normally would not do this, but since she was leaving work for the day, she could help me. She truly had compassion for my situation. I purchased the battery, gave her directions, and she arrived with battery and tools in hand! She installed the new battery and my car started like a charm! I could not thank her enough for taking time to help me. Debra was very professional, knowledgeable, and the nicest person I've met! Debra's help confirms why I continue to do business at AutoZone and I will definitely tell my family, friends, and colleagues about AutoZone/Debra...because they have the most awesome service reps! Debra McGee deserves an award and promotion in my book! That day, I went to link listed on my AutoZone receipt and completed my survey...with flying colors! Highly Satisfied Customer, C.L. :)

Had to go to two different ones before I got what I needed. Not complaining both employees were nice and I did get what I needed.

The staff here is amazing. This is the only auto store my family shop at. Thank you all for doing a fantastic job and the prices are just right.
