Walmart Pharmacy

I’ve never had an issue with my meds. Quickly gets filled, staff seems very nice.

Super service. They don't doubt your prescriptions.

I don’t know why they still have bad reviews. When I went years ago I was treated horribly by one of the pharmacists who I asked to speak to about a medication and she screamed at me to back away from her when I tried to talk to her at the counter. I didn’t lean over or anything and it’s hard to embarrass me, but she did!! Now everyone has been very nice and helpful. I go when they can’t fill my script at other places and they are always accommodating. If they had a drive through I would consider going there for all my medications.

Great place to shop if you go to parkersburg, but others like ephrata and Lancaster are not quite as cleaned up as they should be. (Things laying in the isles, unstocked shelves, etc.

Always out of things I need.

They've lost my insurance and tried to charge me $500+ more times than I can count. It seems to happen every month at this point. Finally had enough of them telling me to prove I have insurance to cover my prescriptions when its been in their system the whole time, then make them finally find it in their system and not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". Moved my prescriptions somewhere else.
This place is disorganized and terrible at keeping records.

My Dr called in a prescription for numbing cream for the home nurse that comes to my house . The pharmacy never called me I called and they said wasn’t covered by insurance. I said I would pay they stated would order be in the next day . Well it’s the next day and it’s not in now it’s tomorrow. This cream is very important to my care . They are suppose to call other Walmart pharmacies to see if in stock I ask they refused said I could call. I am definitely changing my pharmacy, this is not the first time .

So I was at the urgent care across from this walmart i have to grab a prescription for an infection in my hand going up my arm I call walmart pharmacy at 656 tell them hey I'm right across the street I'm my way I'm 250 feet from the walmart she says you have 2 minutes an we're closed....

Went to get test strips for my husband showed a pic lady lied and said they were behind the counter and since 70 count was 26 dollars and they only had 50 count figured it was less money didn’t even leave the counter and said I want a refund so she walked over to customer service and they told me I couldn’t return them she never said how much before I paid either so that’s BS won’t be going there again

Terrible efficiency mixed with dishonesty! 1 refill=7-10 days + 2-3 visits to get. Yesterday they say they'll order, pick up today. Today-they say they'll order, pick up tomorrow!!! Why act surprised patients want filled prescriptions dropped off 1wk ago? Mgr says delay due to re-auth. Dishonest! I asked insur; reauth was long OK'd for yr not each refill. Switched to Weis; 1 day fill + delivery. Walmart means missing meds avg 1 of 4mos stringed along by stories. Unacceptable! Vote with your feet! Never walmart pharmacy again for me!

I just tried to pick up a script tonight I was told to be ready by 7 p.m. I was told by the person at pick up that they didn't have it in stock. I reminded her that I was told it would be ready, she reminded me( with attitude)that they didn't have it in stock. I gave up over time to pick this up maybe check stock next time before you promise something.i could have had this done earlier at CVS but now... CVS doesn't work 5 minutes before closing so guess who doesn't get a script filled tonight.

I wish I never had to use this pharmacy again. Two particular employees are rude unprofessional and act as though they do not want to be there. Move on please.

Forced me to go in store with COVID because they wouldn't answer the phone for pick-up orders.
