Manager is very friendly and helpful. Facility is easy to access and clean. There are plenty of carts available for moving items in/out of units. The hallways are wide enough to easily move things in and out of the units. Overall very pleased with both the facility and service.

I have been with Storage Max on University BLVD since 2012. They keep the buildings clean and I have never ever had any complaints. The Office Personnel are always friendly and go that extra mile to assist you with anything you need. I highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

I’ve personally used quite a few indoor climate storage facilities. This one is so clean that it looks like it was built yesterday, not years ago. The management is so nice and helpful too.

We used them a 2nd time when my sister sold her vacation house at Dauphin Island. She lives in VA and wasn’t ready to move her items yet so we went back to Storage Max at University. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
