Bought a battery with a 3 year warranty, it failed in a year. These guys went above and beyond to get me a new replacement.

Felisha was very helpful with locating the store where they had the brakes that I needed. I went to two locations and I am glad she was the friendly face that asked to assist me. Go auto zone a Good person you have working at your Stratford store.

Called ahead to see if they had the part, Spoke with Molly. She was really helpful and took the time to make sure it was the right part that I needed.

I went in 45 mins later to grab it and by chance she was the one that was running register. Again, she was very welcoming. Had a great attitude.

They had the part that I was looking for in stoc.k,Part still working as it should..

My ignition coils were bad… I went to the store to buy set of 4 but they didn’t have them in the stock. My sales representative at the counter was FELICITY K the best person and the best customer service I ever got with respect smiles and greetings… she even called at another Auto Zone location to make sure that they have them because was showing only 1 left in the stock… she was helpful.. love her service…

Yesterday morning my battery acted up right before work. I was able to get a jump and made it to Autozone. William was very helpful he looked up my warranty on my existing battery installed my new battery. I was off to work within an hr. I want to thank William for turning my bad morning around.

SHE NEEDS A RAISE

Needed a new headlight, zipped in, was PLEASANTLY waited on, zipped out. A good range of prices for the headlights, based on features/longevity, rather than the typical "This is what we have in back, take it or leave it".

This is the 3rd time now that I've visited this AutoZone. What I've needed was easy to find and more reasonably priced than ordering from Amazon. The people working there have been friendly and helpful...On my 2nd trip they actually swapped out my headlight bulbs for me at no extra charge. That was particularly helpful because getting to them was a job for smaller hands than I have.

Fast and mostly reliable

I have a 1997 Chevy Tahoe 2 Door Utility Full Size SUV. I am going all in and need to replace a few parts that honestly based on you tube videos I can do myself. After poking around I looked on Auto Zones websites around Hartford, CT. I need a new headlight switch, and a new 4x4 switch which both mount on the dash. Their website indicated that none of the stores in my area had the two parts but the AutoZone website said that the 200 North Ave store in Bridgeport CT had both parts in stock. Store 5121.

Reviewing the google comment I saw a lot of comments that said this store frequently said they had parts, even called them to confirm, only to drive to this particular store to buy them, only to find out they didn't. This would illicit of course a lousy score.

Well I didn't call, but drove down anyway, as I was headed down Connecticut Coast line. I got there, and spoke to David Romero telling him what I needed. He looked them up and sure enough he had them in stock at 2/3rd prices less than if you bought OEM from a Chevy dealer.

Not only did he have them in stock but they were of a good brand, Duralast, and I he had the two colors of the dash plastic, grey and black

Want to say thanks AutoZone, and let folks know this is a good store, it is big with a lot of room for maintaining a deep inventory of parts.

Call of course, but go with the confidence that they have the parts if they say they have the parts.
