I had an excellent purchasing experience. After doing research and finally deciding to visit I was met with a process that was high quality, efficient, and personalized. Andriana was a wonderful employee to work with who shined in her knowledge and recommendations. She deserves good recognition and an award. I will be going to this store again and again to purchase my shoes (walking about and running) as long as I’m in the area.

I’m starting a new job in nursing soon and I walked out of here wishing I had done this sooner! The free foot scan analysis is LIFE CHANGING. Julie was very knowledgeable and walked me through the analysis. She then did all the work of choosing shoes by pulling several options that were designed for my feet, explaining all of them very well. This process was so refreshing and I finally understand I’ve been choosing my shoes all wrong. She even pulled a shoe that I would have chosen myself so I could compare it to the right kind of shoe and understand the difference. Thank you Julie! I’ll definitely be back!

Sam was knowledgeable in selecting just the correct shoe for us. After going through the fitting processes, we discovered we both have been wearing the wrong size shoes. No wonder our feet hurt. We wore our new shoes out of the store and for the rest of the day.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. The 3D fit is awesome for quickly finding the best shoe fit. It saves you the hassle of trying on 10+ pairs of shoes, if you have problem feet like me.

I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. The very knowledgeable sales representative gave me real socks to try on shoes, scanned my feet and brought out two pair of shoes for me to try on. Both fit perfectly and I could immediately feel the pressure relieved on my knees. That was before I put good insoles in the sneakers. I knew which insoles I wanted/needed and without any pressure from the sales person. I had a new pair of sneakers, insoles and was out of the store in 20 minutes. I love Fleet Feet!

I went this afternoon with my husband and my son. Between James, Kathleen and Jennifer, and their tag teaming during an obviously extremely busy time when the 3 were being pulled in multiple directions during our visit, the 3 of us received proper service. When one was pulled, the other filled in, and when one was training, they pulled shoes so we could wait for detail. Amazing service. I will drive to this location anytime rather than go to a nearer running store.

Like the movie Happy Feet, my dogs are dancing again! Who knew what a major difference a good pair of running shoes could make. Not since my first pair of jump boots have my feet been so happy. The staff is so knowledgeable and professional. The selection, so vast and they had my size in stock. Love you guys/girls!

Fleet Feet is the place to go, even if you are not a runner. I have very sore feet from plantar fasciitis & arthritis, and they were able to fit me in some comfy shoes. I highly recommend the staff at Fleet Feet

Fleet Feet consistently provides expert service in evaluating your feet to provide the perfect athletic shoe. Joint, knee, hip, and back health are critical, especially for runners and walkers. I don't trust anyone else in helping me select the right shoe and accessories to provide support to avoid injury.
