I like this location. The staff is nice and they keep the cafe clean. Even when they are busy they get your order quickly.

Always fast and friendly here. Pretty busy so I always order ahead with the app.

Store manager was so nice and courteous, caring for customers. We ordered coffee to take out for outside event, he kept his promise and made everything ready on time, came to shop early made sure everything was done as it supposed to. Other staff were also wonderful. Coffee tastes really nice and delicious.

It was so wonderful! It took awhile but it was genuinely busy and the main person starting drinks called out every name so we knew who was being worked on. And the young lady at the register was so polite and sweet! This is the service Starbucks should be every day!

Great location - it always seems very busy but the staff are friendly and do a great job. The few times I have had questions about new drinks, they have been very helpful.

All I ordered was a water which was free and the cashier was very nice and treated me as if I spent $100.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong place while waiting here they asked for my name and they didn’t have an order for me the cashier felt bad and gave me my drink for free this place is amazing !!!

12/10 service ! Mason, Emma , and Landon always go above and beyond to accommodate me every day i visit this location. They are a very busy store so please have some grace as they can only do so much so fast ! Thank you always Starbucks Polaris. Your team is the reason I will keep spending my money at this location!

Absolutely delicious I love this location there always super polite to me and drinks are always perfect. there's a gentleman bartender here and he is so funny makes me laugh every time I come in.

Staff is also friendly to me and the drinks are usually on point. Sometimes you have to wait, but, it's a Starbucks. When don't you have to wait (Get over it) lol

This is a busy store in the mall yet they always keep the line moving and get they orders up in a timely manner. Very polite and friendly staff someone manage to fit a warm conversation into the process of keeping things moving.

The gentleman at the drive through made my day! He asked where I was going and I said I work with seniors and was on my way to work. He thanked me for what I do each day. I was so moved and the coffee was great too :)

I go to this Starbucks at least twice a week. The employees are friendly, courteous, and do a great job making your drink right. I saw a couple of negative reviews. This SB is a high traffic coffee shop. Something might not be right every single time (and that goes for any business) but these people always make it right for you. They’re the best!
