Everyone is super nice and helpful! I been going to this hot topic for years and always got good service. The person who helped me is Ariel and she is the one with red hair! The manager on duty night shift also was helpful and kind :-)

Joey and Livy were so helpful and kind, I stood off to the side while my daughter shopped and they never missed a chance to offer help or welcome anyone.

I have been going to this store location for 20 years plus, everyone is amazing in the store! It's always clean and has great customer service! Thank you for being a staple in my wardrobe for many years!!!

This was the best Hot Topic store I have ever been in. The cashier was so sweet, I wish I caught her name. She assisted me in getting a coupon code to work for an in-store purchase even though the code I was given online wasn't working in her system. I told her it was okay that it didn't work, but she made it happen for me anyway! Lovely people. Proof that if you treat retail workers with respect, they'll do the same for you!

Tons of Harry Potter stuff and other movie and video games merchandise. The manager is really nice and helpful.

They had so many cute items! I haven't been in a Hot Topic for a while but I loved the vibe and some of the throwback items. The staff was nice and helpful. I was thrilled to see all the Squishmellows that they had in stock.

The place is full of incredible stuff. My niece got a Harry Potter skirt with a 30% discount. The manager was amazing. If you visit the website you will find great discounts. I also got 15 dollars for my next purchase.

I went in to grab some shirts and other goodies for my birthday, and the employees were very kind. The one small problem is that the alarm system is very close to some shelving towards the entrance so you might set it off if you have anything in your hands and look at something on those shelves.

My daughter loves shopping here. She got me the cutest dress from here. Very retro. It is navy blue halter style with white trim and white anchors print. So cute I wore it for our photo when we got on our cruise! The stuff in Hot toppic is super cute and all the latest themes.

They sell all the band merch I love and it is a really cool place to buy stuff and just hang out. The workers are very nice at hot topic. One time I went to buy a shirt. I had a ten minute conversation with the workers. Cool store and nice worker's

Being a smaller store, they do amazingly well at making their shoppers safe, in regards to Covid restrictions. (# of shoppers permitted in at one time, etc) well stocked selection of items, very friendly and helpful employees.

Mine and my kids favorite store. The employees were all very friendly and polite. They helped us find everything we were looking for. Definitely going back.

Well, Deptford Hot Topic marks my 38th location visit... definitely one of my favorites. I’ve visted this store twice in the past 2 weeks, based solely on the customer service. Super friendly staff, who love chatting up with you and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs - which I can tell you from working for the company’s is a rare find.
They’ve got the pretty standard selection that you’d expect at Hot Topic plus some things I haven’t found in other locations.
Things are pricey but such is hot topic, the upside is, they have good in store deals and accept coupons. Their loyalty program is also a big help if you’re looking to save - I typically have a $5 reward to put towards my purchase every time I shop, but then again I spend a lot ALMOST every time I go.
My only beef with this location is how unkempt it is, the T-shirt rounders that hold clearance shirts, and hoodies are a little hard to shop because they’re just so jam packed. Now I know that’s not the stores fault, but it kinda makes the company look like they aren’t doint so great when they have soooo much clearanced out.
It’s quite busy in this store - a little hard to move around, but the upside is that people who shop Hot Topic are mostly friendly and won’t stand right in your way if they see you’re trying to navigate through the aisles. Overall I’m giving this store a 5 Star - the pros outweigh the cons, and for that it’s definitely worth the visit. Have fun !

They have many things ranging from anime merchandise to band tee shirts to cosplay gear. It is a wonderful store for many teens of many different varieties and I always visit this store when I'm in the area. I recommend visiting this place whenever available!

This is one of my favorite stores were you can find odd ball fun and main stream goods like no where else. The have clothes for the thin and for people in plus size which makes shopping less of a headache. If you love anime or Harry Potter for examples. Then this is the best store locally were you can find these items in store. Also if you love music you have Tshirts for almost every band. There always a great sale going on with fun nice people working there. If you havent been there go check out you wont be disappointed. A+++

They were keeping close attention to store capacity, kept lines moving and even moved us to to there outside kiosk just to keep folks from waiting too long. That said overall selection in the store was varied, and found a few thing I couldn't live with out.

Super awesome shop with friendly, cool staff, huge diverse selection ~ could easily spend an hour here!

My favorite store at any mall! Every time I’m at the mall, Hot topic is my happy place and where I feel like I’m at home! All of my most complimented and cool clothing come from Hot topic! Love it.

Love all their stuff. Prices could be alil cheaper it they do have some good deals . My daughter loves this store cause they have alot of stuff she's into .
