During my recent visit to Sephora, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Emma, who was nothing short of Santa's very own helper. With a cheerful demeanor and an eye for detail, Emma took on the task of fulfilling a gift list for a very special girl. She meticulously checked the list twice and navigated the store with expertise, selecting the perfect items. But she didn't stop there; Emma also added her personal touch by suggesting delightful stocking stuffers, showing her genuine care and understanding of what would bring joy. Her exceptional service not only brought immense credit to herself but also elevated the entire Sephora experience, making it a memorable and heartwarming shopping trip. Emma's dedication and warmth embody the spirit of giving, making her an invaluable asset to the Sephora team.

Nina is the most amazing gift from heaven! I showed her a picture of a look I was trying to do and she guided me to the most perfect makeup for my colors and complexion. She is so talented and helpful and kind and I can’t wait to get more advice from her!

Emma and Rick (I believe?) made me feel so, so welcome. These places can be overwhelming to people new to makeup/self-care stuff, and they helped me find exactly what I needed, gave such great tips (and a little sample) for some skin things that were bothering me, and made me feel SAFE! 🥰 I wish I wasn't just visiting, because I would come here for all my self-care stuff!

Went there for my first time. Absolutely loved the store! The staff was so amazing! Very sweet, helpful, and definitely beautiful testimonials! I loved the personal touch of having someone help me decide on which products to try. I also signed up for their loyalty program and even got a birthday gift, even though my birthday had passed. I definitely plan on going back. I just need to practice a little moderation. 😅

Makayla helped me a lot to match my color. She was very nice. She went an extra mile to be sure this is the right color for my face. The brand she recommended was excellent. This particular Sephora will be my to go store for all my makeup needs from the first minute I was greeted with a very nice lady who asked me about how she can help. She asked a beauty consultant to match my color. Then Makayla came right away. I am very satisfied with everything at Sephora inside the fashion mall. Thank you!!

Wonderful experience! If you don’t know what you want to get and don’t know your shade reference etc this is the place to go!

I went in to get a few things and didn’t have my shade reference ready. The team was super helpful! They got the right shades and explained how to use and what to combine it with and so much more! They also sent in the shade references etc over mail after the purchase for reference and also shade suggestions across other brands!

Went in during their sale so got an additional 10% ( if you’re VIB you get 15% and if you’re rouge you get 20%). Don’t forget you get a birthday gift as well

If you want to try and have time definitely go ahead and spend few hours and you’d be able to create a nice kit as well!

Products I got: Charlotte Tilbury bronzer; Dior foundation; ABH concealer; Sephora eyeshadow and brush; one size setting powder and few ordinary products

although they did order me the wrong eyelashes, they let me keep the ones they sent to my house and refunded my card for the purchase. right on sephora Okay so I have to add to my review because I had a wonderful experience with a sales associate on 3/7 her name is Rio and she was VERY helpful and super nice even when I asked for samples. So happy that she is the person that ended up helping me.

Visited this store and was very pleased with the service. Whitney was amazing…so patient and knowledgeable about the products!!!! I trusted her recommendations and was happy to make my purchases (more than I thought I would spend but they were too good to leave lol). Keep up the great customer service girl!!!!! If I lived in Indiana I would surely return to this location…will continue with Sephora though.

The 2 ladies that assisted me were very friendly and helpful despite them no longer having the product that I was looking for. They quickly help me find an alternative as well. Very satisfied with the service & with what I purchased.

It was my salesman who earned this place a 5 star rating. Took time to listen to what I was looking for, worked hard to find it, and didn't try to push me into buying what I didn't need. He was fantastic

Staff was wonderful and soooo helpful. Favorite eyeliner was discontinued. They had some awesome recommendations!!!!!! I might like these better than the Marc Jacobs eyeliner!!!

I love how when you enter they ask a couple of questions on what you're looking for and when you go in a employee looks for you to help you find it. All super nice and helpful. Great covid protocol procedures in place.
