Went in today for the first time to pick up a vape from this place. Great looking shop, nice glass too! I approached the worker and made a comment about the glass sold and recommended Typhoon glass and she wrote that down to get soon! I asked her if she carried the product vape I was looking for and she out it easy! Great person to have working for you. Before leaving I got her name. Savanna. Very sweet and upfront. I will be enjoying my future visits to this shop. Thank you for the great experience!

Hands down, best cape shop I been into. They are very friendly and attend to every customer needs as best as they can. Also works with customers to give the best deals possible. Great store to run into and grab what you need for the day. A lot of selections, so someone isn’t limited to what they want. The store has variety which lacks in others across Asheville. Very chill and inviting staff, Angel answered all of my questions within a few minutes and I was out the door.

I live on Hendersonville Rd and drive to this location for a couple of reasons. One, they carry a lot of different products and have a brand that I really enjoy. Two, they have great customer service!! I have gotten pretty familiar with the employees. They know their product and are always very nice when I come in. I feel comfortable talking to them and they always know when I have questions. I highly recommend this store!!!

This is by far the best smoke shop around. I've gone to other smoke shops in the Asheville area and this one is the best. They are knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. I won't go to any other smoke shop for reasons that I'll let you find out for yourself. You just have to stop on by Neo Vape and try the product you want and experience it for yourself. I would give this place 10 stars if I could I always walk out happy.
