I adopted my very first pet, there. She is a guinea pig. I named her princessa. I remember how happy I was to adopt her. Ans now I how happy I am that we found eachother. Just took her a bath not to long ago. Ans I changed all her heading which the employee so kindly helped me out with. Thank you for that if he ever reads this. He was very kind.

We were in town working close by and we found some kittens. Stopped in this pet market and they had everything we needed and was reasonably priced

Great place to shop at. We are directed there from a fish store. It didn’t have exactly what we needed but suggested that this place would and they did great service. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Christian at Pet Supermarket, and I must say, he is one of the best staff members I have encountered in a while. His passion for what he does shines through in his exceptional customer service and impeccable attitude.

Christian's enthusiasm and dedication to his role are evident. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at the store was nothing short of excellent. His knowledge about the products and willingness to help were truly remarkable.

It's no surprise that Christian is one of the leaders at the store. His professionalism and friendly demeanor set the standard for exceptional customer service. The entire Pet Supermarket team should be commended for maintaining such a positive and customer-focused environment

Needed a bag of Nulo pet food good deal and I was in and out.

Amazing customer service! As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a cheerful good morning. I haven't been to this store in a while, and I see that many things have changed for the better. The fish tanks have been moved and the fish are no longer hiding in a corner and the selves are full. I went in for dog food and one of the workers helped me to find what I was looking for. Everyone is so nice and attentive. One of the workers that looked like Jason Momoa suggested mixing soft food with the one I was taking. I bought a couple of cans, and my dog loves the mix. I left that store with a happy feeling and I surely plan on going back. Out of all the years shopping for my dogs that has been the BEST SERVICE.

Claudia was very attentive,thoughtful, and friendly while she was helping me find the best food for my cat. We need more people like her because for once I did not feel like a bother when asking for assistance. Seriously, you can tell she takes pride in her work.

The best location out of all the Pet Supermarkets I've been to. I've been lucky with the amount of friendly staff I've always had the chance to have help me out, especially Claudia. She goes above and beyond to always recommend the best items for my service dog. If you ever need anything, ask for her.

It has been an amazing experience now talking over the phone with the Staff member Leo that was helping me. I am currently in a situation that I cannot leave my house so when I explain to him everything that was going on and I broke it down to him he went ahead and he got the birds that I wanted correctly he set it all up for me and he made it all easy for me to have somebody just go ahead and pick it up from the store and be ready just to pay it out in the cash register when they got there upon arrival it was an amazing thing and experience and I cannot wait to go back and buy something else again from them truly a great place of business 🐦🙏✔

I didn't get the young man name but he was very helpful and pleasant. I didn't have enough money in my checking account to pay for my items. He taken the next person in line while I transferred some money into my checking account to pay for my stuff. That was very thoughtful of him. Thank you so much

I come here all the time for my dog food. Excellent service. Alex D. helped me today and I just have to say how helpful and friendly he was. He grabbed my food for me (and I changed my mind on the bag size twice) rang it up for me immediately, and offered to take it to my car. The rest of the staff is also always super helpful and I'm always treated the second I walk through the door. Great experience.

Sleeping here tonight. I hope and pray one day I'll have my own place to live with a pet so that i can return to Pet Supermarket and buy my pet supplies.

Lazaro is the best when it comes to animals he is very knowledgeable on all pets and is straightforward when giving you animal advice and he will also help you identify any animal that you have at home that you don’t know what it is just show him a picture or describe the animal as best as possible. He tells you the proper care of an animal wether it’s the ones the store has or animals that pet supermarket doesn’t sell he knows his stuff. Overall the store is great everyone acknowledges me when I walk in and they are really friendly too and help you with anything that you need and the store has a good selection on animals products😃

The attention and management took care of me very well. They were very helpful and and assisted me with all of my needs. The store was also very clean and well maintained. The manager Robert was very kind as well, will return again! Thank you for the greatest of quality of work.

I love I love this pet market , it has become the only place where I buy all the items that my pet needs, the store is well stocked, it has everything you might need, the staff is really friendly in general but the 5 stars goes to ROBERTO , this Sir has been our salvation after I brought my dog ( Romeo) from my native country , I was having a really really hard time 🥴🤪 and almost emptying my pockets buying all kinds of foods without any success until I meet him , my dog finally eat 😅 and what’s better doesn’t ever get sick again from his stomach thanks to him 😊🙏 romeo love love his new food and as an owner I have no words enough to express how grateful I’m !!!!
I totally recommend this market to everyone and if you are a little lost or need some extra help Roberto is the right person to talk about 😉he is kind , helpful and knowledgeable .
I will definitely keep visiting the store , I have become already a repeat customer .

The staff at this Pet Supermarket are the best! So helpful, friendly and professional and they go out of their way to find what you need. I have been to other Pet Supermarkets and this one is the best. The current management is by far the best I've seen in quite some time! Thanks for all you do to help us all.
