This place is so welcoming. The owners are amazing individuals. We don’t come here as often as we’d like because we live so far, but when we do make the journey, Temptations Cafe never disappoints! From the decor, to the ambiance, the food, and the conversation. Their desserts are my favorite! All baked in-house from scratch and super fresh!

This place makes you feel at home. 5 stars, well deserved!

Had lunch with two of my best buddies today at Temptations Cafe, our second visit this month. One of my buddies chose the Ruben with coleslaw which he enjoyed very much.

The other two of us each selected the club with fries (see pic). The over stuffed sandwich was cut into 4 triangles with a mountain of fresh, hot, thick cut fries. The sandwich and fries were absolutely top notch!

We also spoke to Reggie, the owner who was very interesting to talk to. He showed us several pics on his phone of several current MLB players who were in town for Spring Training and had stopped in for a meal, which was cool!

Reggie's from Chicago and his place has a large variety of Chicago Bears, Bulls, Cubs and White Sox memorabilia up on the walls which was neat to look at.

If you want tasty, classic American fare, in a cool environment, Temptations is the place for you!

Small business, owned and OPERATED by a husband and wife. No frills, great breakfast spot. Decently priced and exceptional service. Why have breakfast at some chain when you can enjoy supporting your own local community??

We had a great breakfast! The food was fresh, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was fun. It is Chicago sports themed so im a little biased. If we're in the area we'll for sure dine here again.

A true culinary experience in a simplistic setting. Elevated diner fare bordering gourmet. Everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. Beyond the food, one of the cleanest establishments I’ve ever dined in. The owner took a moment at the end of our meal to chat with us and share a bit of history on his restaurant. Solid dude. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent little cafe. Service was personable and efficient. Coffee was delicious. My brunch was different and very very tasty. I was able to chat with the chef, learned a little of the inside scoop. Got to taste the housemade pistachio silvanas. I'll be back

I really enjoy this place. They have a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is very good and the service is fast. It’s nice to have a local breakfast spot where this isn’t an hour wait for a table. Even on weekends. That might change as they garner more attention but they absolutely deserve it. Highly recommend it.

Update: After going here a lot, nothing has changed. Very consistent quality of product. Excellent quiche and pastry items. Definitely try the Salvanas (sic?)
Owners are awesome. Dinner now on Friday & Saturday nights.

Great little diner type location. Their Pastries are excellent. All around a foodie type of place.

Always a great breakfast, but decided to try the dinner, which is offered on Fridays and Saturdays . We had the Chicken Ala Pobre with mashed potatoes and veggies and the Pork Chops with the saffron rice and veggies, both topped with sauces. The dinners were incredibly delicious! Definitely will grab dinner there again.

Discovered this place with a to-go order last week and told myself I had to go sit ion this beautiful little cafe soon.

Today was the day - I had their current special which is a Scotch Egg. Overheard the owners chatting with customers giving the place a real family dinning feel.

Thought I could have a side of Biscuits and Gravy and when the special came out I was surprised the eggs were as big as my fist.

Amazing food, great lowkey atmosphere; walls riddles with Chicago Sportsfare.

Definitely will be back again soon!

I'm not one to give five stars on everything but this place was really good great little cafe type restaurant. The owner is very friendly you can sit and have a conversation with this guy I'm just totally loved it. The food was amazing we had eight of us and everybody said the same thing. I live closer I would be here much more often.

Found this spot riding our bikes. Right away it feels like a cozy spot. Very friendly and fast service. The food is exceptionally tasty. Getting to know the owner Reggie , we found out about all the fresh ingredients used for everything. Especially all the pies and pastries that are made from scratch. We now have more reason to ride our bikes to our new favorite breakfast spot!!

My wife ate here today with a couple of her gal pals. She had the Scotch Eggs (the platter was so big she brought me one the eggs home - yummy!). Her other friends had the traditional eggs benedict and breakfast burrito; she said both ladies enjoyed these too!! Service was great! Food nicely presented and delicious! She promised to take me here soon, too!!!

I came up to Scottsdale to get my hair done and I found this darling little place on Yelp! Thank you Yelpers!! This cafe hit it out of the park!

I was greeted with a big smile as soon as I walked in and sat at the counter! The gentleman next to me was obviously a regular because the waitress yell out to him. "Hello Mr Milkshake!" Gotta love of a place that does that! Anyway, I ordered my Eggs Benedict and they were perfect! The coffee was awesome and the apple juice was ice cold! This place is adorned with Chicago paraphernalia so I felt right home!

If you're looking for a good breakfast joint, ya gotta try this joint! Good food and good service!! Go Cubs!!!

One of my all time favorite places. I’ve been eating here twice a week for years. Great food, convenient counter service, lovely staff and owner.

Fabulous establishment. A little pricey for what you expect from a diner buy with the curent global climate I get it. It felt like a family operation and they were definitely regulars which assured me it was a good place. When we got the food, it set that in. There were some minor pieces that were a little close to Dennys or IHOP mass produced kinda bland cooking vibe that could have been avoided from the small family level business, however those big places corrupted the mind away from quality diner so they need to cater and that doesn't bother me just wish they had uncatered food with family owned passion and soul taste. Over all, great coffee, great meals, great menu, great Staff, great vibe. Definitely will be returning to find that soul dish 👍👍

This cafe has amazing food and service! Everything we ordered was delicious from the carrot cake, to the eggs benedict, potatoes, cappuccino, even the fruit was fresh and ripe. I am definitely coming back here and bringing friends!

Was around the area for work, decided to give this place a shot for breakfast.

I sat to eat at the bar. Karlee took excellent care of all the customers at the bar including myself. Very friendly and attentive. She was on top of it!

She suggested the Country Fried Steak and it was amazing. I have tried many of that in different places and this one is in my top three now. I will be back for sure.

Chicken Fried Steak was awesome and plenty of food for breakfast and lunch. Now serving dinner on Friday and Saturday night, everything is fresh and yummy. Enjoy😊
