Panera Bread

This Panera is pretty good. Adam and Madison were working, in the middle of a snowstorm, and super fast and friendly. Yes, the prices are a little high if you're from down south. This is New York and a rest stop, so the prices are what I expected.

I absolutely love these new service plazas. Came here to hey my broccoli and cheese soup with a piece of bread. Kiosks make it difficult to order certain items. Howard P. He went above and beyond to help me out. Love when employees are willing to take the time to listen to customer amd help with their needs. Stop at many places. Sadly, there are employees who seem to have better things to do. Thank you Howard you made my DAY! Àlso a great experience at Panera Bread

Easy ordering at kiosk. Food and service is great

They are offer a limited menu to begin with and are often sold out of whole items OR they are sold out of something that is part of your sandwich/salad but you don’t find out until you receive it. This location is never as good/consistent as other Panera locations.

Understaffed. 30-60 minute waits at lunch time

We ordered 2 coffees and waited almost 30 minutes 😅 I regret my decision, never again haha

I dont usually leave reviews but I've been eating panera bread food for years. Ordered a full sandwich today .received half only and in this half meat and rest was kind of asude from sandwich itself .Went right back 20 seconds later and the red hair girl gave me an attitude like I'm asking something out of this world and almost started to yell at me. Scared 2 customers right behind me.They took that sandwich and made another one. Little better. Usually panera bread is better than this. That red hair girl have to go. Panera bread you are better than that. Thank you

15 minutes for a drink that turned out to be the wrong drink.
