Wheelchair & Walker Rentals

Our family is very grateful for everyone at Wheelchair & Walker Rentals. Our mother has mobility challenges and other health issues, and we were concerned with her ability to safely get around the venue at my brother's retirement party. After calling around to a few places, I learned that it's easier said than done to rent a wheelchair for a day, particularly if you're not trying to file an insurance claim to cover the cost.
When I called W & W, they listened to my concern and offered to speak to a manager and see what they could do to help. Less than an hour later, I received a call back, and learned that they were willing to let us use a wheelchair for the weekend at no cost. The chair was very clean and well-maintained, and we were shown how to make the proper adjustments to the arm and foot rests. My mother was able enjoy the entire party, which was a relief.
Their willingness to work with us, and on short notice was a huge blessing. It's a rarity to find great customer service coupled with kindness and compassion. If you have similar needs, give them a call or stop by and have a conversation. I have no doubt they will go out of their way to be of assistance.

Sonia was very helpful and informative appreciated the insight. Needed a hospital bed, food tray and wheelchair. Brought the wheelchair back for an adjustment and she found the person to do it and got it handled.

Got a great knee scooter there. Made sure they worked for me. Adjusted to me. Insurance paperwork was done by them. Easy process. Celena was awesome.

Celena was fantastic. She helped me get the item I needed and helped get the insurance paperwork done. She was awesome.

All 3 folks were friendly and courteous as usual.

Holy wah! I don't know where to begin! I was struggling to get a knee scooter referral approved between Wheelchair & Walker Rentals and my insurance company and when the regional manager found out about my issue, he went above and beyond to make things right.

Everyone was so helpful and kind helping me get the right wheelchair for my grandma. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. My grandma is happy with her chair and so much happier she is able to get around easier. Thank you Walker and Wheelchair Rentals!

Very simple process when my wife unexpectedly got injured to get a wheelchair, walker, and knee scooter.

Outstanding service, excellent people.

So far good service. Going tomorrow to find out about a replacement, will find out in due time if they'll be able to properly assist. Hopefully have a better experience than the lady above.

They don't want my business. Blue Cross blue shield asked them to bill Medicare and get refusal so blue Cross could pay for it. They refused to do it. Worst part is they are a preferred partner and no one else in town has a knee stroller. Now I need to buy one.

In December they came to pick up my aunts chair to do repairs… left no replacement or back up chair said they would have it back next morning and she was left there for days and she died because she was left in a bed and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, get food or water or get out of bed without mobility… when another family member went to check on her she was gone..will never do business with them …

Took my step father to get a knee board and possibly a motorized chair. Medicaid won't pay for anything and they won't bill blue cross blue shield. Oh well. Straight out of pocket I guess.

Can't replace anything that's messed up, don't let you know when they're finally sending someone to look to make sure there is an able body to answer the door. Horrible service!
