Great spot for dessert. They have tons of ice cream flavors. Service is quick but the line can get long. They have other desserts to chose from as well. It's a small shop, so there's only 3 stools to sit at

We stopped in while in GR with our family for a regatta. The entire staff was so super friendly and helpful. We found some amazing treats in the shop that helped to start our weekend trip off right. Every single employee we encountered was amazing. Worth a stop to look around. The chocolates, fudge and ice cream were delicious.

My third time there. I love their gelato ice cream. The scoops are big and has an abundance of different flavors.

Such a “sweet” place! The Manager and crew truly love their shop, their sweets, and their city. We had a really great time eating some ice cream and visiting with them. You honestly can’t got wrong with any of the in house made fudge, but if you’re undecided, they’ll let you sample. Absolutely a must visit if you’re anywhere near Grand Rapids!

Awesome service, delicious dessert items. I can't understate how friendly and chill the staff is there. I got their Cherry ice cream in a quart and it was great! I almost ate the whole thing on the way home. Highly recommended as a dessert stop after a nice night out on the town.

I came in looking for a pecan caramel, apple with dark chocolate on it. They only had pecan, but Pamela offered to add dark chocolate to one for me so I could have just what I wanted. It was a special treat.!

Awesome customer service. Friendly helpful staff with knowledge of confections in the shop. Place smells so good, you'll gain calories just breathing!

Nice old fashioned ice cream. For me the portion was too big! Their chocolates are too sweet for me but also with this small issues I give 5 start, I loved the taste of the ice cream

Stopped in today with my dad. They didn’t quite have the Carmel apple I was looking for and the young lady there custom made it for me. Wonderful workers and apple.

The GM is an actual angel! Love Kilwins chocolate, especially the white chocolate 😍 my mother in law loves the chocolate cherry cordials, and my daughter loves the chocolate covered marshmallows! The employees pretty sweet, too!

Absolutely delicious. The fudge and ice cream are amazing every time I go. The only criticism I can possibly give is that sometimes it’s crowded inside, which is just a natural consequence of being a great place with little space. Can’t recommend enough.
