This was actually a great experience! I was surprised to find how knowledgeable staff was about my questions and helped me make a decision without making me feel rushed or pressured.

Good stock! Friendly people! Pictured is some items to help my cat with her stomach and allergy problems.

Called over the phone to ask about an item that wasn’t showing up online. The employees were super sweet and patient and took the time to walk me through the different options they had. Went in later and saw that while they only seemed to have 2 employees working at the time they took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was well informed. The employees also appeared to be far more knowledgeable than other big pet store employees. All the animals appeared in good health and their habitats were very clean as was the complete store.

I absolutely love this place!! Every time I go in, Joy is so helpful and nice. She’s helped me a newbie fish owner. Today she gave me some crucial advice that seriously saved my tank. I hate petsmart for obvious reasons. This place has healthy animals who are well cared for and in clean environments. I price check this store with chewy and it has the same prices! Unbelievable! Again, I love all the staff here. Some really lovely people and that’s what has won my business.

Always the best plants in town. I've ordered from Buce and Tropica before but this store has some of the best mother pot of cryp, val, and sprite. This new setup is stocked exclusively with their plants.

I just stopped in to show my 3 kiddos the bunny. The twins don't walk so they were in my double stroller, the employee came out from behind the counter to open the door for me! What excellent customer service!

Always pleasant and fun trip. I always buy more than needed. Oh well...I gotta spoil them. Today I picked up birthday supplies for my birthday boy Diesel. He will be 15 on the 6th of February. This is his last birthday as he has cancer and not much time left. He has been the BEST and everyone at Pet Supermarket has always been friendly and helpful. Thank you for making this last year great for Diesel. Last week he came in the store with me and picked out a pig ear and strutted through the store so proudly.

We got mochi here about two weeks ago, and he’s already gaining weight and socializing with the boys:) The pet store was amazing, not too many animals to a habitat, fish tanks we’re clean and well oxygenated, and they had this sassy cat, I was in love with her, I hope somebody adopted that calico😭third picture is a squirrel with an egg roll

Always clean and the employees are so helpful. March 8 2024. Shame on corporate for having on their website that this store sells Halo dog food when they DO NOT. You shouldn't waste your customers time to come to your store for something you don't sell

We stop in when we can when we are in Greensboro. Great selection of fish and nice people.

Had the best time in this store with my sister in law!! She had been going here for a while and finally got together to go it was great! Well stocked, helpful people, and a clean, with the greatest selection of things for fur babies!! Will definitely go again and again!!

I already loved this pet shop and have came here to purchase things over a couple years now. But today made me love them more.
We came in to see the ferrets and I had my two year old with us. He ended up tripping and hitting his head pretty hard. One of the employees Miss Brooke immediately jumped in to help. She got me a stool for him and gave him a lollipop and one of the stuffed toys. She was so sweet and patient and helped my son feel better instantly.

Excellent 🐕 🐈 🐟 pet store with a great location at Thruway shopping center. Customer service is mostly excellent, the pets are treated well, love the pet wash station, and decent prices on pet supplies and food. This location also has ♿ handicap and accessible 🅿 parking and aisles.

Went first to Petsmart looking for Fluval Aquaclear 30 and they had it at $50,came later here and it was 10 dollars cheaper,they also have good prices on driftwood,I will definitely keep coming back

This store has a great staff, very clean, and very knowledgeable. They helped me with better choices of protein for my beardie. Crickets kept dying so they advised me on trying Dubia roaches. So far so good. She loves them.

We found this place by Google. We went there to get fish for our tank cause we weren't happy with another stores fish selection. This place was had a great fish selection!! Abby helped us with all of our needs today and plus some. She showed us some other animals in the store as well.. my two boys were thrilled with it!! We definitely will be back!!

They have products for all kinds of animals, so the selection for each is a bit smaller, naturally. But what they have is super good! Anything you could really need for any kind of pet. They are also very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and they helped me sort out a collar versus a harness and what I needed to do to find the right size. Also, there are always rad little bunnies in the front if you need some extra cuteness in your day. 🙂. And a little Star Wars selection. 🪐
