They have great service at this location. Came in on a hot day and the temp inside the building was cool.

Lots of people came in while I sat down asking for water to cool off and staff obliged without hesitation.

Imagine ordering a venti oatmeal cookie chai latte for the first time just to get in your car and accidentally spill it EVERYWHERE, the WHOLE latte! I just so happen to be on a FT call with my cousins so they witnessed my breakdown. I wasn’t even going to ask for another one because it was my fault and I figured I’d just accept the loss. But they encouraged me to just go back in and tell them what happened and ask if they can make another one. So I did, with the sticky empty cup and lid as proof. Sabrina was at the register, and I told her I spilled my drink. She was extremely sympathetic and apologetic [for my clumsiness] and without hesitation, took the sticker off of my old cup and told me she’d make me another one. She also asked if I needed napkins which I thanked her but declined because the clean up required lots of water and a towel which I already had in my car. So I told her I’d be right back. It took me some time cleaning up what I could even though I knew my car would be sticky and reeking of oatmeal cookie latte for days to come, but finally, I went back in the store. Not only did she have my drink ready, she also gave me a cake pop and told me that she hopes my day gets better. I told her she already made that happen! Starbucks, give Sabrina a raise!! She deserves it!! Her kindness truly turned what I thought would be a bad day into a good day.

THIS IS HOW WE BREW IT! I really enjoy this Starbucks since it's been a lifesaver on my way to work and the staff is always on their A-game. I've seen loads of cars in the drive-thru around the clock and they're powering through customers the best they can! It's rare when you find an efficient Starbucks and this is one of them! The ladies in the morning are sooo nice and always say "good morning". It's a nice touch! The coffee also tastes fresh and their cold brew is always satisfying. If you're looking for a refreshing drink, have the matcha lemonade. Looking for something warm that's not coffee? The hot cocoa is the way to go! The coffee shop is calm for the most part but be aware you're on Florida so you'll encounter some rude, entitled customers or shady folks. However, the staff do their best to settle matters in a professional way! Thus, the ambiance may vary but I'd say you can still study here.

This used to be my go to location but over the years the consistency just hasn't been there... noticed the lobby is closed too so the drive thru definitely seems to get packed fast but as most starbucks it comes in waves and still tends to move quickly for drive thru standards. The airtopia and ealmart neighborhood market are conveniently located within this shopping complex and there's also a auto supply store (can't recall if auto zone or oreillys) so it's a pretty convenient location as far as hemet is concerned and the customer service is always great at literally any starbucks.

It's my favorite place to go there always sweet and make my drinks 👌

Everyone at this location are so nice, especially Mia! Sometimes my cup comes with a cute drawing or a note from Mia! She so thoughtful 😊

Friendly service, and cleanliness place, never been at Starbucks before but this one

Kayla from the morning shift really got my day going the best it could be. The professional attitude is why I will be returning to this specific spot. I was about to leave and she stopped me and made sure I was returned my change. Top notch behavior in my book. I know it's nothing big but I have gone to places and have done the same thing. Even though it is an accident, it would be nice if I was stopped and given my change. Any way I will be returning for sure. Hope to see Kayla more often as I now know if I forgot something, there is an honest person on the clock.

They always figure out drinks that I can't put a name to and make special request drinks perfectly. They are great. The only downfall is how many homeless hang out around the front. But they usually don't bother anyone.

By far this has to be my favorite Starbucks in town. They have never messed up my drink and every other place typically does. 💜💜

No matter where you find starbucks in nation. Their drinks and food items taste the same. Employees are very nice and excellent customer service.

Always Constistent no matter what store you go into.
This Corporation needs to do what they do best and stay out of politics! Just keep making Great Coffee and Tea Drinks along with simply good sandwiches and pastries to complement them.

Excellent service and an amazing staff

What a beautiful store and staff they have here at this Starbucks location in Hemet! They asked me how my day was going and I said I've had better days . I placed my order and got to the window and they said my drink was on the house! I almost felt like crying I was frustrated and going through some stuff and really tired at the end of my late evening and I needed a boost and they gave that to me made me feel happy and energized almost like it was magic! The young man in the window was so kind and more than happy to tell me that they are covering my drink today and he hopes that whatever I'm going through I can feel better about it and that my day would be okay! I really appreciate you guys and this is coming from the heart. I was speechless at the window but I really had a lot of emotions inside so just thought I'd share.

By far the best location I have ever been to. Always friendly. Drive-thru is still fast no matter how many cars. Drinks are on point every time.

This Starbucks is fantastic. My drink is always made correctly and waiting for me at the window. The cashier working the drive through on this visit was great. The car ahead of me paid for their order in xhange, so I had to wait longer than usual. With any Starbucks, if you want to get in and out quicker, order on the app and pick up your order.

I ordered the mango hibiscus refresher. This time it was a little watery. I feel like it was sweeter last time but I really love the color. It looks amazing in my cup. This drink has tiny black seeds in it, so if you're weird about textures, you may not like it.

Alex is the kind of person that every coffee shop should hire! We are just too busy, always in a hurry, automatic pilot... Having someone to greet you an genuine “Good morning” is all you need to take your eyes out of the screen and remind ourselves the beauty of communicating with a real human. I wish I could remember other names, that place seems to hire the best employees. 5 stars!

Besides being out of the super popular Paradise drink, the service was amazing, the selection was great. The summer products are so cute! I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it was delicious!! 💜
