7 am staff are the most kindest. It’s early in the morning and super busy yet they still keep a happy and good positive attitude. They go over and beyond to make sure your order is right. Thank you ladies

WoW! What a very, very clean! & Well-organized coffee house! Customer service was outstanding! Coffee was fresh and very delicious! Muffins were so fresh and moist & full of fruits & flavor! Excellent place to meet & hang out! Highly Recommend!

Good place to make a late afternoon stop, as it turns into a " drive through" only at a certain point...it was closing at 6 pm when we visited. Service Dogs welcome. Bathrooms clean, required coded entry access. Prices and products are as expected at a Starbucks elsewhere. Enjoy the west side of town with free parking, nearby mall, restaurants , and AT&T nearby all within walking distance.

It was decent, but there was a homeless couple there. That wouldn't usually bother me, but one was in the bathroom taking a bird bath for about 10+ minutes. I really had to use the restroom. The second bathroom was not open (or it was occupied for 15+ minutes. The store was clean, and the workers were helpful and pleasant.

I Love their hot Tea called Medicine Ball also known as Honey Citrus Mint Tea. I don't know exactly what they put in there but I do know the tea bags they use are Mint Majesty and Peach Tranquility, they make a great combination and taste great!

The baristas are amazing. Always kind and listen to your orders

The whole team today at 11:30 were all wonderful ladies who are full of smiles and great customer service. They are sincere and accommodating. Most importantly there was not an ounce of bad attitude in any of the ladies, whether they were actually working with me one-on-one or just saying goodbye to me as I walked out the door. I absolutely loved the atmosphere walking in and I didn't want to leave, but I had to go to work. They are great ladies and they deserve their props.

Busy day with it being happy hour but the cashier kept greeting guests, letting us know our drinks would be coming right up and reminding us it was busy due to happy hour. The workers making drinks were hustling and considering how busy it was the wait didn't seem so bad. Besides b1g1 is always worth a little wait 😉

Not big on coffee but love the refreshers they are especially great for the on coming summer

There isn't one negative comment I have to say about Starbucks. I have visited multiple locations and I must say the employees are always in a great mood. It's not just people their kindness goes out to. They display the same kindness to pets as well. Yes people I said pets. If you didn't know now you do. Just stop in and find out what new drinks they have to offer you ! !!!!

Hands down this was probably the best experience I've had at Starbucks. This Starbucks gets an A+ from me ,in customer service the staff is warm and welcoming and very inviting. I appreciate good customer service especially in the times we're living in today. I want to thank the staff for being so kind you guys rock.

As as customer if I could give more stars, I would do it. Everyone is always pleasant and happy! The service is awesome and fast. I would especially like to praise Desery and Sully, who are always smiling and make me feel at home every time I come in.

Very welcoming baristas. Unlike most other Starbucks, the music isn’t too loud here, which is a welcome change of pace and makes for a much more comfortable atmosphere. The staff handles the fast pace of the orders very efficiently.

Always fast service here, I'm upset that they hardly write your name on your cup anymore. That used to be the highlight of the trip. Such a personal touch. 😕 oh well at least I got my birthday drink as normal😊

My fiancé is a Starbucks patron and we've been to many-a-branch. I particularly liked this one due to it's "quiet" and "spacious" environment. The ambiance was soothing and there was so much room to relax and you have plenty of options when it comes to seating. Whether you want a soft-chair in the dark corner or the table in the soft-light, they have it all.
It's the typical menu and decor for the chain establishment. The music was pop/country, which was appropriate for the surroundings.
I loved the service especially. It was prompt, polite and even when I sat to blog for awhile, I was offered a free pastry-treat as time passed.
Yep! This was definitely one of my better experiences at the mega-chain-café.
