Starbucks

Starbucks in Evanston, first time visit. The store was packed with people shortly after lunch (2-3pm). Had a Chai Tea Latte, I hardly ever come to Starbucks, but this sugar free option is doing the job for the time being. No coffee for a few months, coffee and caffeine detox, plus no sugar. The staff is nice, as you would expect from any Starbucks. The Chai was delicious. I also had their egg white wrap. Not too bad, a tad bland and void of any strong flavor. But it does the job for a nice snack. It was actually bigger than I expected, so there's value in that I suppose, but I wouldn't get it again. The store was relatively clean, except the trash bins were packed to the brim; this to be expected after a lunch rush. Store is now undergoing renovations, and will not reopen until June 24th. I hope hours get updated on Google Maps so folks know not to walk or drive there.

This Starbucks is next to Northwestern University and sits in the heart of downtown Evanston. It is a fairly large Starbucks with a large crew serving customers. I was there during a major rush and the staff performed professionally and quickly. The food is your standard Starbucks quality. Even in a rush I had no trouble finding a table.

Probably one of the best starbucks I’ve been to in the US. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, with sofa beddings behind the main area. There are plugs near most desks, allowing customers to work in a convenient environment.

This Starbucks store is very spacial, with a lot of places to work with a laptop are sit and talk. Only several tables outside (for the summer months). Employees are nice and the service is fast.

The mango dragon fruit drink is really good 😚🐉🍊!!!

Usually i gets brownie and americano from there. I enjoyed!

Standard Starbucks store setup, very spacious with a lot of tables and chairs where you can work on a computer or relax and have cup of tea or coffee. This time I order passion Tango tea lemonade and really enjoyed it on a hot summer day.

Really nice space to do remote work or enjoy a coffee. Spacious seating. Great staff.

On the broad range of Starbucks locations out there, this is one of the better ones.
Custom layout, deeper space, college staff and crowd; and a great Evanston location close to NWU.

This Starbucks is open until midnight, which I'm pretty sure is quite uncommon for a Starbucks. Their service is great and it's got a large area with tons of seating.

This Starbucks is always busy and people (mostly Northwestern U students) are always coming and going. There's plenty of seating and so I have always been able to grab a seat at the tall long table. There are atleast 4 other coffee shops within walking distance in downtown Evanston in case you can't get a seat here.

All the staff is really nice they show great customer service and it's very well organized ..but kelly and a couple other staff or all ..keep up the good work

I absolutely love this location! It seems to be the only location that gets my drink right! It is consistent every time I go there! Sherman/Clark location in Evanston is the best!

Drinks are always solid, and Reuben (Rueben?) is an absolute delight, even when it's ten minutes to close and you really want a latte! :)

Awesome stuff, friendly, happy and always happy to chat. Pleasure going there. Very efficient as well. Place is nice and clean, well stacked. The people that work there make customers want to go back to this particular location. Thank you for being so great!

Great team in a university town. They can get extremely busy at times and it may seem like it takes forever but making a good Starbucks drink takes time. I've never had a bad drink from this location and come in at least 3-4 times a week.

It's fairly clear why this is such a frequented place in downtown Evanston. The ambiance is nice and cozy, with warm lighting, copious seating, and wood decor; also, the baristas have always been super accomodating and helpful, especially for a coffee newcomer like me.

In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks. I have only been here early in the morning , the staff are so pleasant and helpful. They have "blonde" on tap instead of doing a pour over, which doesn't compare to the real thing. And the food choices , for me, have been fresh, delicious and the bananas were not bruised! They deserve 5 stars!

It is a nicely upgraded store with many seating options, although it does get busy at times. The morning rush may seem overwhelming but the staffing is usually well-matched to the anticipated demand and the line moves quickly. The selection of clover coffee is large for those who like the reserve beans or like to have a different brew than that is currently in the drip offering. (For those that aren't aware, the clover machine is a sort of upside-down French press that is automated...making it fast enough to brew any beans on demand instead of taking the time for a French press or pour-over.) Evanston has so many coffee shop options but I find myself coming here the most for convenience and consistency, friendly staff, and with the reserve coffees on the clover machine I don't feel like I'm sacrificing quality at all.
