The fireplace installation team of Brian and Tim was outstanding. There were some unique challenges, which they took in stride, and did an amazing and flawless job. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Sandhills Propane should be giving seminars to other companies on how to provide top-notch customer service. We bought a gas stove and required new propane service. Kim took the time to explain propane tank sizes and helped us get the right size tank. Other companies I contacted couldn't find a tank to lease me or said I had to buy a tank. Then, over the next few months I called Kim repeatedly when I was told the gas stove was being delivered. Each time "Ginormous Appliance Company" canceled the delivery, Kim graciously rescheduled our propane service. It was a 14 month process to get the stove from "Ginormous Appliance", who needs a customer service lesson or two from Sandhills Propane! In all that time and through all those calls, Kim (and Vicki) were not only polite, they made me feel like our delays or questions or rescheduling were no trouble at all. Tim did a great job with the install and even returned a second time after Ginormous botched their itty bitty part of the job.

We can't say enough good things about Sandhills Propane! We have used them for our company 7 Central Bistro for 5 years and the customer service provided by Vicki and delivery service provided by Phillip have been the BEST!!! The whole Sandhills team is outstanding! Time after time they have come to our rescue and we would not still be in business without them! In this day of 'big box stores' - - - do yourself a Favor and stay small and support Local! Thank you!!! Thank you Sandhills Propane team!

About two weeks ago I went into Sandhills Propane to pay my bill and I must admit, I was filled with dread even as my car pulled in front of the store. In the past I have had many years of experience of being treated rudely, as if I was a bother as the paying customer, and if no one had time to even answer a question. On this particular day about two weeks ago I went in sheepishly expecting the same rude demeanor as previous years, to my surprise I spoke with Vicky who was so kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. We spoke at length. I never felt rushed or treated rudely in anyway. I felt like my concerns were important to her and she wanted to help answer my questions. While I was there I also spoke with Carol who was also an absolute delight. I left the store with a smile on my face and thinking how these two wonderful ladies had turned my day around as well as my feelings for Sandhills Propane. Vicky and Carol are the best!!!!!!!!

I am changing my review to excellent. Sandhills Propane has changed staffing. After two years of trying to get our fireplace fixed, Vicki called us, explaine that they were following up on orders that had not been completed. After two weeks our fireplace is now fixed! Thank you!

My family has used Sandhills Propane for years. Vicki and staff have done everything they promised from day one. When we built our house they were there to install the tank and logs and with each call are always available to refill our tank in a timely manner. We would not choose any other company!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful people at Sandhills Propane. We recently changed our heating system to a duel furnace. Vicki and the staff at Propane helped us choose the proper gas tank and then told us about a rebate system that was offered by Duke energy. We applied for it and received a generous rebate from Duke Energy. We would never had known about this program without their assistance. Thanks so much Sandhills Propane!

Sandhills Propane is the BEST!!! We had them install gas logs and additional propane-related work for installation of a standby generator and 2 tankless water heaters. Vickie in the front office is easy to work with and always provides great customer support. Bryan's installation work is always OUTSTANDING!! His knowledge of the propane requirements are second to none and he is very easy to work with in the field. In fact, his innovative technical solution to support propane requirements for our generator was the primary reason we selected them for this project. We are HAPPY CUSTOMERS of Sandhills Propane!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Sandhill Propane Vickie was the one that helped me get new service started. I had never dealt with propane before but I had heard several horror stories about it but when I tell you that Vickie made the encounter very pleasant and fast. Kudos to Vickie for her great customer service!!

Dealing with Vickie and all the staff at the Sandhills Propane was a pleasure. We've had an ingound propane tank with them for many years and have never has an issue with deliveries. They helped us replace our fireplace burners and recently installed new propane lines for our all house generator.
