Seems that there's some kind of issue, so that the registrar is down or someone has not came in yet. Or the main system is down .I heard them all. I started to go over there the other day when I was With my granddaughters, and I said No,I'm not going to do that today,I'm in a good mood, I'm not going to ruin it with them. So I passed .

Service is average, about what you'd expect.

My dog has been on seizure medication since March 2023. It is quite expensive and Walmart is the most affordable according to Goodrx. The first time I went to purchase it, I had to step to the consultation window to go over the details. I asked the pharmacist what side effects to watch for and she basically laughed at me and told me to call my vet. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience for asking about “a dog” and rushed through the consult. Fast forward to the last 4 months- I have called when they open to refill his medication and told them I would pick it up after their lunch. It has not been ready on time for any of these last 4 refills. They told me two months ago I would have to bring a new Goodrx card to bill each time yet today when I picked it up they were able to bill the one on file. Also, they didn’t even have enough to fill it today (only filled 15 days worth) and when I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I called, they said they just “didn’t know” and that they did not know if they would be able to get it in. I have been a Pharmacy Technician for 17 years and have tried to be patient and understanding as I do know how stressful the job can be. But today, the pharmacy manager was condescending and tried to talk to me as though I did not understand how the process works, that is until I finally mentioned that I work in the Pharmacy field as well. However, at this point the lack of communication, compassion, and customer service that this Pharmacy continues to display is quite literally embarrassing for anyone in the Pharmaceutical industry. Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and the Pharmacy Manager , Christy, has no idea how to run an efficient medical establishment or how to treat people. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend to pet owners, and I definitely would not recommend to patients.

This pharmacy is horrible. The manager is awful. Staff is rude. Asking people why they go to certain providers, which is none of their business. If a person truly needs a medicine they want to play doctor and advise you against what your doctor wants without knowing your background and medical history. They need a staffing overhaul starting with the lady manager! I know of them even telling one person only to take half of what their doctor prescribed of a medication. Is that even legal for them to do? I wouldn’t trust them with a worm, much less a human being.

I received a text this morning that my prescription was ready and went to pick up in the drive through. It was 1:48PM. I pressed the “call” button and waited but no response so I pressed it again and an employee answers after a couple more minutes responding “we’re closed for lunch until 2.” There are no signs and the employee was rather rude. I’ll be moving any prescriptions I have elsewhere.

Closed for lunch at 2pm, no posting, and no one seems to know when they will open back up.
