My F-150 broke down on a Friday afternoon between Christmas and New Years and my regular mechanic wasn't available. Not knowing what I was going to do, Ace's Towing Service recommended Grand Touring Automotive. I decided to take a chance on them even though they are a relatively new. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. When dropping my truck off, my 2 year old daughter was with me. They had couches available to relax, coffee available, and cartoons on TV, which was perfect for my daughter! When it came to fixing my truck, J.D. did exactly what he said he would. He's friendly to talk to and obviously an experienced mechanic. His hourly rate was fair and now knowing what it took to fix my truck, his labor charge was what I would expect it to be. He's the type of mechanic you can send your spouse to and not worry about them taking advantage of them.

Additionally, J.D. knows BMW's and Mercedes very well. I won't hesitate to take mine to him.

Grand Touring always has my back with great service, competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, fantastic customer service, timely service, and clean facility. I would be equally comfortable bringing them a turbo-diesel as I would an old cherished pickup.

The staff here are supper nice and extremely helpful. My windshield wiper went out during a rain storm. I called them and they ordered the part I needed, installed it, and even tested the part to make sure it was working. In today's world, it is very hard to find professional people who go the extra mile. I am very thankful to Grand Touring, and I will recommend them to anyone. I anytime my cars needs something fixed I will be bring my car here.

I have 25 plus years in our family auto shop and I can say that without a doubt that these people are completely humble and respectful. I was talking to them like they were my own family. They had expert knowledge of all of my cars needs as far as a system scan, I was in a hurry. I will gladly go back to Grand Touring Automotive! Have a Blessed One!

My wife and two daughters were on their way back to Texas from visiting with eldest daughter who is in the military stationed in North Carolina. As they had just passed Covington, La. the check engine light came on and the car automatically slowed to about 20 mph on I-12. The wrecker that hat arrived to pick us up recommended Grand Touring Automotive to run a diagnostic. The folks that were working that day were very good to my Family! After they ran the diagnostic and got a code reading, they called the manufacture with our VIN number to see if there was warranty on the engine! Which there was!
We give them 5 Gold Stars for their honesty, kindness and just so helpful to our needs. Understanding that they were away from home.... and had car trouble. Because it was under factory warranty, we towed the car with a U-Haul dolly back to a dealership near us in Texas for the repairs. Thank you so much to the good folks at Grand Touring Automotive!

This review has been a long time in the making. I found JD after exhausting all other options for my older Mercedes car. The car had been to my previous mechanic who I used for over 10 years and he could not diagnose or figure out what was wrong with it. I then took the car to the Mercedes dealership and they wanted thousands of dollars to replace the key fob and engine control units. JD was eager to help and to even let me find the unit online since a new/refurbished one from Mercedes was financially out of the question for me. He even went further to investigate and fix housing under my hood which was causing water to be routed to the control units. He has replaced countless parts on my car, and his thoroughness and attention to detail are the best in the business. His prices are very fair, I have never felt taken advantage of. Additionally, they have never replaced a part that wasn't necessary to replace. He has all the tools and you will find that his shop is very clean and well organized. He has always stayed on top of timing with repairs as well. I have coordinated a lot of these efforts with his assistant Jaymi. She and him have always been patient with me despite my numerous phone calls, requests, questions, etc. I just really felt compelled and wanted to emphasize that this is not your normal auto repair shop. JD's knowledge and skills seem endless. He has worked on my diesel truck and my Mercedes car and now potentially my motorcycle(another problem child....an older BMW with a fuel/air issue that no one seems to be able to fix). They also helped market and sell my F-350 diesel that was at their shop for repairs. This saved me money and headaches. The shop is really everything you could ask for all wrapped into one package. Down to earth people, fair prices, extreme knowledge and tools to get the job done! I feel very grateful for them and Grand Touring Automotive.

I own Jeep. They are Jeep people and know what they are doing. Always going above and beyond, the team puts in 100%. Amazing people, easy to work with, and I appreciate being able to trust them with my ride.

Great service, fair rates. JD is one of the good guys. I would definitely trust this shop with any repairs from the smallest to the largest surgical procedures. Totally took care of us without selling us anything we didn't need. I will and have send my family and friends to him with the same great results. Honest Establishment!

After searching for a local reliable BMW mechanic, I found Grand Touring Automotive and I couldn't be happier. These guys hooked me up with a really good price on servicing my Beemer. The dealer was much higher than GTA. Ask for JD when you go in for services. The guy really knows his stuff!

Good people, my mama taught me “you get more bees with honey than vinegar”. The owner of this business proves this old adage is so very true. He is not only the handiest, most knowledgable mechanic I have ever met, he embodies all the other equally important traits that everyone prays they would someday have in their mechanic but usually are not so fortunate to find in one person.
