I’ve always heard good things about Casey’s pizza and was excited when one opened up close to home. This is the second time I’ve ordered pizzas and it’s taken twice as long to get them as the estimated time. It seems like they are so overwhelmed they don’t start an order unless you are in store waiting, so ordering ahead doesn’t do much good. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location as they don’t seem to have enough staff to fulfill their orders. The pizza is phenomenal though!

Casey's in waconia never has breakfast ready by six thirty in the morning. They have their pizza every time but no sandwiches no burritos.

Store was clean and appearance was great. Upon walking in I was not greeted by anyone everyone working seemed very young and unknowledgable upon checkout I was not asked if I found everything and I had misread one of the deals that was a buy 2 get one so I only grabbed 2 I was not offered the third. Well the young man was polite but As I was paying the young man walked away from the register no longer engaged with me. I then tried to get gas at the pump and was unable to get any dispite trying different grades it said fueling but nothing happened. I did not feel if I asked for help the staff would have been able to so I went and fuelled elsewhere

I stop at Casey's everyday after work, and there is never any pizza ready. I stopped coming here for lunch for the same reason. How is there 3 employees hanging out in back and no body can throw some pizza in. Do Better!

This Casey’s is so backwards. Do they open at 5 or 5:15 or 5:30? Why do they sit in a dark store watching customers, waiting for them to leave in the morning? Cause the doors are never open at 5 am that’s posted for them. Then the manager is rude and has no sense of customer service. And to top it off they don’t even start cooking food until 6 am. This store is completely dysfunctional

There's 5+ gas stations in this town only reason I've attempted going to Casey's was for there well known fresh n hot slices 3 times I've stopped in 3 times they havnt had any pizza in warmers... across from a school near school release and no pizza. Step it up guys. Ps don't waste your time with that auto generated reply so robotic you apologize with the same copy paste msg to everyone change the issues there all the same pizza not ready orders take to Long the workers know little to nothing on customer service I've managed gas stations talk write people up staff better figure it out.

Ordered pizza for my family tonight and kept getting notified that the delivery time was being delayed. After a hour they call me just to tell me that they are overwhelmed and cancelling my order! This is how you conduct business?! It's a Friday night, people order pizza. Their response to me, "there's nothing we can do". There sure is something you can do, you can make the pizza that I paid for for the 5 kiddos I have here yelling for pizza. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered my pizza at 6:27 pm and it’s almost 9pm….still no pizza. I tried calling the store, it rang for almost 10 min with no answer. Super disappointed and I want my money back. Waste of my time, the door dashers time & my money. Will not order from here again!! Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish could give zero, so much time and money wasted with this place's food ordering experience! Maybe this stores' business should be a little more organized than the gig they are running there...

I regrett that there is no 0 star option, to be given to this unprofessional staff who mistreat and disresrespect the delivery customers....
