Gretchen was absolutely wonderful. When I called to schedule the appointment, she asked me to email some pictures of what I liked and when I arrived she had marked samples to show based on my taste. Within 30 minutes I had picked the design and colors. The invites were so beautiful my family talked about them for months before the wedding, my aunt even took her's to work to show off to her colleagues!

First off, our wedding was affected by COVID. So as you can imagine, we had MANY ups and downs. A lot of money was lost with vendors who used the excuse “it’s not our fault” to not return deposits, etc. So before we had our consult with Gretchen, we were a bit skeptic since we had negative interactions with other vendors due to COVID. Our wedding was possibly going to have many more turns to go and we didn’t know how Gretchen would accommodate. To our relief she was very personal and understanding of the situation. She assured us that she would be very flexible if something out of our hands were to arise. She was very communicative and professional but so genuine. Our invitations were amazing! So well put together and elegant. She also allowed us to use a portion of the invitation that we already had on our own. Not once did we feel obligated to spend more money out of our budget. We definitely recommend her and will be using her again.

We have received many compliments on our wedding invitations. Ms. Gretchen was very patient with me and my emails about making changes to our original plan. We are very happy with the finished product. Prices and charges were explained upfront too, which I appreciated.

We used Aly & Am Paperie for our travel themed wedding invitations. Our wedding was postponed due to the COVID pandemic and having just booked her prior to this postponement, she quickly assured me that she would still work with us whenever we decided on a new date. I wanted a Passport Wedding Invitation booklet to coincide with our wedding theme and the end product was absolutely stunning! Throughout our meetings in her storefront, she gave us many helpful suggestions with the overall design and diction and how to mail them out. When I came by to pick up the invitations, she presented them in such a thoughtful display with an instructions for the photographer. I would definitely continue to support local businesses and work with Gretchen again, especially since she creates invitations with high quality and personalization!

Gretchen recently helped me with an invitation for an event that needed a quick turn around. She was responsive and invitations were on time. When I approached her, I didn't have a clue what I wanted or needed. I shared my vibe and end result desired. Gretchen provided me with a design that was timeless yet on trend all at the same time. At the last minute, I needed to order 4 Jon Hart Chico bags as gifts. Gretchen took on the last minute order flawlessly...even delivering them directly to the party herself. I ordered some templates on Etsy for my wedding menus and placecards and was having trouble with the downloads and editing the files. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and personally sat down to help me get the pieces exactly how I wanted. From doing test printing for us, to making sure everything was aligned and replacing graphics, she made sure they turned out exactly how I wanted. She also had a beautiful selection of heavy cardstock (even some with a metallic finish) to complete the look we were going for. A few weeks later, I was also able to use the same template to make place cards for a girlfriends bachelorette weekend, and they came out just as beautiful the second time around. PERFECTION! My wedding invitations turned out better than I could have imagined. Yvette was amazing. She used our save the dates from Etsy as inspiration and made custom wedding invitations to match. The process was fun, and even my fiancé was excited about the invitations!
