I have never in my life left a review for a gas station but for the past 3 or so years, I’ve come in here tons of times either on my own or with the kiddos I nanny, and EVERY time, whichever employee is working has been the absolute nicest! I don’t think I’ve ever had a grouchy interaction there and I can’t say that about many places. This review is just to highlight the friendly employees. The world is so negative these days and these employees have been so kind. I just really appreciate them!

Gas stations are gas stations but what can make them different is the convenience store inside. There are many things that make a convenience store that you visit everyday is the personnel. Indifferent , bored, or unhappy staff makes your visits a chore rather than a pleasure.

This Shell Station has some of the best counter people that I known. I consider one of them, Ashtok, a friend. He always shakes my hand and asks how I am doing. It is that kind of sincere concern that keeps a customer loyal to a particular location. I could shop other places and get my gas other places but I drive out of my way to this location just because of the people.

Always has window cleaning supplies. Well kept property. Well lit at night. Consistent competitive prices.

No annoying ads while you pump gas!

This place is clean and good customer service but I noticed the coffee creamer is not good

Gas prices are higher but it's for sure a gas station.

Consistently much higher petrol prices than all other nearby stations and often the specials (2 Gatorades for $3, etc) don’t ring up as advertised.

Fix the air machine

BEWARE of this store!!! They have faulty pumps and untrustworthy staff!!!
This store had a faulty pump that overflowed my gas tank and soaked my jeans and one of my shoes. I had to replace the shoes and after 5 washes I believe the jeans are ruined too. When I called to complain and see about getting those ruined items replaced the person that answered the phone told me to call the next day to speak to a manager. I called and was put on hold for 13 minutes before I hung up. I called back maybe 10 minutes later and was told the manager was in India and wouldn't be back until March 25th. When I mentioned that the proof of the incident would be on camera he said that the camera probably didn't catch it b/c the pump was on a side the camera didn't film. I NEVER mentioned where my car had been. How could he have known unless he was there? I told him that it must have shown him taking out the bag of stuff he used to sprinkle over the spill and him showing me a faucet which he turned on so I could try to rinse some of the gas of my jeans.
The fact that he lied about where the manager was before putting me on hold and insinuated it never happened after correctly stating where my car had been without me telling him that info shows how dishonest this store is.
Having cloths ruined because of faulty equipment is not a good thing.
The day that this happened the guy who came out to deal with it said he had talked to his boss the week before about it so you know this is an ongoing thing that is not being dealt with.
Faulty equipment and staff that is untrustworthy is a bad sign of a business you want to use.

I understand some dirt on the pumps but this is more like health hazard. Prices are kind of high compared to others in this neighborhood.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Do yourself a favor and Don’t stop here!

Closed ten minutes early. Hours seem consistent.
