Great selection and pricing

This company was eager to get my business but don’t ask them to repair or replace defective planks. I’m an 82 yr old disabled widow who called and called. They blocked my phone number. I have a defective boar that needs replacing and I have the board but they won’t come. I had to go out and buy floor filler because of the poor installation. Pay a little more for companies to lay your flooring and have it done right.

Found the perfect carpet here. I was so excited to get it in my 3 girls bedrooms. When they showed up to put it in it was the wrong color. When we called to say it was the wrong color he said it would be two weeks before they could get in the correct carpet. (And we were on a time line.) And that it wouldn't be as thick and soft as the one that was at my house. If that was the fact how come when I ordered it, it was gonna be. Felt like we were lied to. He offered to take 10% off (So basically the tax. So he wasn't out any money). I said the heck with it. We needed the carpet in. So I went with it. Then after they left I noticed it wasn't done. Had to call them back to finish it. There was 3 spots where they didn't finish cutting it. Then when they left they left all the scrap pieces and the old carpet and padding by the road and said that Mr. Limbert was gonna have someone come by and get it. It sat out there for over a week and we had to tell him it was still out there and needed picked up. I would not recommend them to anyone. SORRY😞

Very poor service. They installed flooring in my new home and there were lumps under the carpet and so many uneven tiles that they are a trip hazard. Asked them to correct the problem and they said they would but never showed up when I tried to call to find out why they wouldn't answer the phone. After two months I gave up and decided I would never do business or recommend them. Worst floor I have seen in 50 years and 4 houses.

Worst experience ever!! Paid for and promised extra flooring we didn’t receive. Flooring coming up in places they refuse to fix. Refuse to help at all with any issues!! Do not use this company, you will regret it.
