Had a hearing evaluation scheduled by the VA. When I arrived was waited on promptly and professionally. As I began the testing and thru out the entire process was absolutely impressed by Dr. Trude Reiser, she was so amazing at what she does. She explained everything thoroughly and I had no issues during the exam. The young lady at the reception window was very kind and helpful even when I called for some information after the visit. I recommend this facility if you ever need the best hearing exam in Illinois if not in the U.S. Dr. Reiser is brilliant at what she does. Thank you all so much for the fabulous experience!

Went there for my hearing exams and the front desk and doctor were so friendly to me. After the test, the doctor went ahead and explained in detail what we had done and how my scores matched up with normal hearing. It was estimated to take an hour but took less than that, even with paperwork and me asking several questions. Great friendly place!

The office is dated but Trude gets the job done and she accepts the medical card. I take all my foster children to hear for their hearing tests. She is quick and gives you the results that day. You will need a DCFS consent if taking in a foster child.

They are not kid friendly. They got very aggravated when my three year old was acting like a toddler and not doing what they wanted him to do.

My husband was told by the doctor and receptionist that his insurance did not cover him. The insurance company contacted them and they simply did not want to treat him, even though he is covered. Interesting how unfriendly they became when he said his husband would fill out his paperwork .

This location has a front desk lady who is obviously struggling in her people skills and overworked. When you call to speak to someone, she has no problem letting you know she is overwhelmed, "only one person", or is having a bad day and can't get to it right now. It maybe beneficial for you to either hire another front staff person to help her out or look into some extra training. I know there are plenty of individuals without employment that would love to help her out with answering calls.

Refused hearing test for two children because I forgot the medical card. This was awful. I even offered to bring the medical card back. The secretary called to confirm the kids had medical Insurance. She had their medical card numbers. the company was going to get paid. Yet, she refused to allow them to have the hearing test. Ridiculous. Time missed from work and school.
