Domino's Pizza

These guys were amazing. I placed a company order of 14 pizzas. Then it was declined. I replaced the order. They gave me a call to confirm which order I wanted to go through with. Then they efficiently knocked out the pizza order and get it delivered to me super quickly. It was great that the store manager cared enough to give me a call to confirm the order and to let me know when it was on the way and that it might be a little behind even though it was done very quickly.

All of them tasted great.

That was the best gluten-free pizza ever! The manager was on the money with a clean restaurant and knowledge of real customer service.

INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS:
• Our call center is mediocre and uninformed. When calling, press #2 to talk directly to the store.
• When ordering online/app, always place orders for In-Store, Pick-up window option frequently breaks the ordering process. You can still pick up your carryout from the window.
• We do not have the ability to control, edit, or interact with estimated order times, rewards accounts, emails regarding deals/free food/order updates, or order delivered notifications.
• $7.99 1-Topping large is Online Only.
• The only way we can refund out of stock items from your pre-payed order, is to refund the order, delete the item, and have the order payed for again. We understand this is an inconvenience, as we do not have any other option, other than to provide an alternate in-stock item upon request.
• Our boneless wings are not sauced unless specially requested. They come with your choice of dipping cup.
• Many addresses for delivery that are outside of our range, sometimes work anyway. And vice versa, some addresses that are in our range, are not recognized by our system. Call the store for confirmation.
• When placing a Carside order, please check-in through the app/online to let us know that you have arrived.
• If you have ordered a delivery, and wish to tip the driver when they arrive, but have not pre-added a credit card tip, our drivers have a phone application which they can use to type your tip into our system. Simply let the driver know the desired amount. No receipt signature required.
• Our parmesan bread bites and cheesy breads, do not come with marinara sauce. Only our twists do.

As far as I know Jacob is the new General Manager at this location and he was awesome to talk to! Made my pizzas fast and compensated me a little bit extra as an apology for not having sausage as a topping on my pizza. Really appreciate the new management and this interaction definitely makes me want to go back, Jacob if you're reading this I appreciate you!

I change my review each time i order. It appears the last few months this location has made improvements on quality. The hand made pan pizza this time actually had toppings to the edge and the hot wings were really good. Good job👍

July 9 2023 ordered 2 pizza and cheesy breed and the pizza was done right and the delivery driver was very pleasant to deal with

I’ve been waiting 2 years for domino’s pizza. We moved to a small town and the nearest one was 45 mins away! My husband took my there on my birthday because he knows there is no other food I love in this world than Domino’s pizza! At first they couldn’t find our order, then one of the delivery guys took it by accident so I had to wait another 10 minutes for it! It was definitely worth the wait!

I see some complaining on reviews? I have never has an issue. Orders were just what I ordered. I quess some people can never be satisfied, and not happy unless they complain. I use the drive up window, you can use National Coupons if you choose pick up instead of delivery.

I have been waiting so long for a Domino's to come to our town and they have awesome since they have been here. The staff has been great on the phone and at the pick up window. The delivery drivers have been covid paranoid as directed! Great job guys!! Thank you!!

We drive 40 minutes just to eat at this Domino’s. We’ve eaten here twice so far and both times the pizzas were perfect! We will be returning for more in the future!

We've tried delivery and pick-up. Super fast and always fresh! We LOVE their thin crust pizza! Staff is always friendly and smiling!

We were just passing through town and staying at the KOA Campground. We arrived late and we’re starving. Great service and friendly and pizza was great!!

First time ordering from Grain Valley dominos and they were great! Their thin crust is my favorite, and they had excellent customer service!
