All our commercial business goes to them unless absolutely necessary. Great service. Great friendly people. All and all a great store to visit.

Needed to change an alternator, and even though the parts can be expensive, it is well worth it for the quality. We didn't have a lot of the tools we 6 they let us borrow a couple to get this issue fixed so we could continue our vacation. Andrew was such a big help to us, and all of the staff was friendly.

Joshua is an outstanding representative of your company.. He is friendly, personable and truly WANTS to help. I love when I walk into your store and see his smiling facing behind the counter. Keep being you Joshua! You are fantastic at what you do!

A great place to find anything you need for your car, plus all staff are very pleasant and go out of there way to help you find what you need. The staff is also very knowledgeable when it comes to car parts, I have learned quite a bit from them regarding what's in and what's out... also the technology has changed which I have been informed on different car parts... enjoy going in knowing I will get the best price along with quality parts, and knowledgeable staff.

Lincolnway O'Reilly is mine and my husband's favorite store to shop at because of the Manager JR. He is so friendly and really knows his Auto stuff. It's nice to see someone who really cares. We appreciate you.

This is my "go to" place for parts. I had a bad experience at a competitor when trying to purchase brakes for my wife's Grand Caravan. I ordered the same kit which the manager at the "other store" argued with me on "hardware included", and received exactly what I ordered. The only downside,; O'Reilly doesn't have an app for ordering and viewing parts for your vehicle. You can use the website, but, an app sometimes is more convenient.

I just came in for wipers and got great service from Bradley. Good work. He even helped me by putting the blades on my car when I was struggling with them. Thanks so much. Go O'Reilly Auto Parts!
