Celli was incredibly helpful and so was her coworker. My experience was positive. I was helped quickly, staff was kind and helpful.

The postal clerk who set up my P. O. box in February 2020 at this station went above and beyond the call of duty. Seeing that I’m a disabled elder she took the initiative to find a box for me that was eye-level for my height. She thoroughly and patiently explained to me how the policies work. She was compassionate and kind wen answering my numerous questions. Among a few overworked ones who may tend to get mean, she was a gem to be appreciated and treasured.

I’ve only dealt with counter staff - not P.O. box - but I’ve had no problems. They’re friendly and do their jobs. It’s worlds better than the now-closed location in downtown Vallejo, where staff were often in a bad mood, their workplace was dirty and bland, and service was super slow. I think that working environment makes a huge difference in employee performance and morale. This location is painted nicely and taken care of.

I love the US Mail Carriers. The one in Vallejo made a great suggestion and made my delivery secure. Going there right now and mail a parcel and an envelope. Convenient and awesome and it is the people's service. Save the USPS from the grubby hands of private profiteers and greedy lawmakers.

I find the same wonderful people r still working, always get a smile and hello from them, i also like the new place, looks wonderful and love the way i get my packages now.. when i have a big package ,in my p.o. box theres a key with another post box number on it, i locate that number thats associated with the key annnd walla, theres my package, sooo convient!!!...

This was our first visit to the new post office in V-town and we're glad to see our tax dollars at work. Same faces from the closed downtown office 😊 I'm okay with the service we received from Ameila 😀

All the people there are really nice. I feel bad for them because they get yelled at all the time. Its not their fault the government doesn't hire more people!
