Very delicious foods

I ordered from them, received confirmation, but no shipment notification. I emailed them and asked if it's been shipped, and received a response that it was shipped and was given a UPS tracking number. I checked that UPS tracking number, and it shows "no information available" for 7 days. I emailed them to cancel and refund, and they said there was a logistical error and asked me to confirm my address is correct. I confirmed my address is correct, but since my party was over and I did not receive anything, I asked them to cancel and refund. They said they have sent again, but they didn't provide a new tracking number. I kept asking for the new tracking number, but they simply said they've shipped it. I paid the full amount when I placed the order, did not receive anything, and did not have a tracking number. Never had a situation like this, and they kept saying it will arrive, but it never arrived.
