My boss was in a bind with our diesel cube truck being broken down at a jobsite. We couldn't get anybody to help, and a tow would have cost hundreds. I called Neuman's Truck Service, and Ryan was out there within an hour or so. He fixed the starter and had the truck drivable and we are back in action with our work truck-no tow to a repair shop required. Completely pleased. Ryan was professional, timely, and we are grateful he was able to travel to the truck and repair it. 100% recommend!

Lost a wheel on my 20 ft utility trailer. After coming out to repair, they advised me that my best alternative was to put a new axle on a the old one was damaged badly. They came to me within 15 minutes and a few hours later they got a new axle, welded the saddles on it, got it installed and I was on my way. They were responsive, answered all my questions, prisons and thorough. I couldn't be happier.

Rip OFF Called for brake estimate, but quoted me crazy amount and when I told him it's too high, he started screaming through his lungs.
Worst customer service unprofessional at all !!!!

One of their employees tried to merge into me on a busy highway, then had the audacity to honk and flick me off while speeding by, all IN HIS COMPANY CAR!
