After a rough morning today and my phone smashed i needed a phone so i stop over to start a new plan . I had Awesome experience today. Great service,great business man,but even a better guy!! Was very helpful, got me all set and answered all my questions and plus some as well as he remodeling

After dealing with boost on the phone for a week and getting nowhere. This guy got me the information I needed to fix my issue. Super helpful and kind. Great place. 10/10 recommend for the superb customer service amd straight forward answers.

Twas the day after Christmas, lo and behold,
we cannot set up my daughter's new phone.
We tried and we tried, but help was denied,
from customer service, Boost Mobile's line.
At my wits end, with no hope in sight,
I drove many miles to take care of our gripes.
The first store I tried, though Google said open,
was closed for the Holiday in spite of my hoping.
The second the same, and I was dreading the thought,
of telling my kid the whole trip was for naught.
There was a third, one final attempt,
before the long ride filled with sad malcontent.
I parked, I got out, and walked through the door.
then a person came out from behind a closed door!
I told him my tale, what went wrong, what they said.
He stood there and listened, and then just shook his head.
"Don't worry," he spoke, "I can take care of this."
And in just a few minutes, he totally did!
So nice as we talked, and though I wanted to pay,
He would not take my money, "Have a good Holiday!"
I said, "Please I should pay you, you did what we couldn't"
He said, "Nope, tell ya what, find my site and review it."
So here I am now, a little late but still written,
I give this place 5 stars, from my desk where I'm sittin'!

Absolutely love this location they are always super friendly and helpful. They take their time and make sure it’s done right and you’re satisfied before you leave highly recommend them to anyone who needs help!

My husband went today and was not happy before going into this store but came out and said the guy was a saint to work with.

Went in with a problem with a new phone that boost customer service, tech support or phone specialist couldn't fix. Without a problem he got the phone working properly. So I got to say if you have any issues with your phone or need new boost products this is the place to come and get it done.

Joyfully one and a half month relationship with this exceptional establishment . I in the not so far past became a member of the boost mobile family signed up for an exceptable plan and purchased a new but previously used phone ( referb) is the term used now after a 23 day rob zombie script on establishments to avoid I decided to switch to another provider amazingly I discovered my new phone is locked only to be used with boost and it provider I said to myself I said self wait a mintit just wait a mintit that when I cooled down for a mintit and switched carriers I invested a mint on boost and there phone however I'm much happier this momint

went there today because I had messed up my call forwarding and within 5 minutes the gentleman behind the counter had it fixed. thank you so much.

Lemme tell ya about how this dude rocks!! I transfered a Verizon phone ( which gives us a free phone ) choose a phone that he realized was out of. Gave us the update for the inconvenience. I've never gone in there and not been happy with the out come.. I've scene him first hand go above and beyond other customers. Your foolish if you go to another store by boost 10 stars for sure

Absolutely hands down the best Boost Mobile Store,, the gentleman running the store is absolutely the best,, I will only go to him from now on ,,have a problem need a phone he's the man to see, I wish I could give more stars,, he's reliable n honest n efficient,,

Came in to swap my device after my wife tried several times and the gentleman who owns the store just did it with ease!!! Thank you I recommend this place for all your cellphone needs

Talk of Da Town is the best location for Boost Mobile customers, no problem is too small and the staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you problem is solved/resolved. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Talk of Da town on Clinton st Binghamton was the Most helpful and reasonable phone company that i ever used. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
