Advance Auto Parts

If there is an Advanced Auto store when I need parts, I will choose them over the competition, even if it's further away. Every store I have ever been to has polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I don't think I have ever walked out of one of their stores with the wrong part, which is more than I can say for the others I've been to. They always have a decent selection of parts, ranging from the cheap OEM to high quality replacements on most commonly stocked parts. If they don't have it for some reason, they can usually order it from a nearby store and have it the next day. They are always running specials on oil change stuff, which is great to be able to save money, especially when that has gotten so expensive to do. I've been a loyal customer since the name was Discount Auto, and so long as they keep treating me like they always have, I will stay that way. It's nice to have employees that know what they're doing to help ]out find that part you need, even if you're not sure what it's called, they can help you figure it.out with even the worst description.

I believe it was the Gm and his sales associate tonight took care of me with a battery issue. Seeing the warranty had just expired he went over and above and replaced it for me anyway and also took the time to install it in my truck!!! Great example why I've been a repeat customer for over 20 years!!

Manny and Axel was absolutely amazing with great customer service. They helped assist me with my battery failure. And helped to pick out one that works for me. I truly recommend going to this location.

After leaving Auto Zone when the worker tried to sell me ONLY the top of the line windshield wipers, I went to Advanced Auto. Not only did Manny and Axel help me with my wipers, they recommended which wipers I should stay away from and showed me the remaining ones and explained the pros and cons of each. They were super helpful, very forthcoming and did not try to steer me to only the top of the line $45 a wiper like Auto Zone did! I walked out paying less than $45 for both wipers WITH a warranty on them! If you want completely honest, up front and great people, come to this Advanced Auto Parts store and talk to Manny or Axel. Manager is a great example for the team. He is right out there helping as much as anyone. Everyone though is nice and personable

My item was bought online and I was able to pick it up FAST AND EASY! LITERALLY RIGHT AFTER It was ordered the guys had it up front waiting on me!!! The guy in the front is extremely informative and nice. I will go to this specific place as long as these men are working there any time I need something. Thanks guys I wish I had your name I would say who it is. But he was working at 2pm on oct 15th.

My vehicle barely made it into the lot. Kevin H was super helpful. Got me set up with a new battery. Like going to the dentist when you haven't been flossing, He lifted up the hood and the battery and terminals were embarrassing even coming from someone who doesn't know anything about cars. He didn't complain or say anything negative even though it was 90 degrees and full humidity. He not only replaced the battery but went above any beyond cleaning every little section until it was looking brand new. Poor man must-have been dying as I was sweating just watching him work but he never complained and was very nice to me. Best experience I have had at an auto parts store.

Man these guys are great here. I'm from out of town and would have been screwed with out them . There are still good people in the world. It was the night shift on Wednesday the 21dec. Can't say enough about how they restored my hope in humanity.

Great experience here with Shane! He was friendly and was able check my battery, see that it was no good, and install me a new one quickly and efficiently! From the moment I walked into the store, I felt welcomed and the staff appeared to all enjoy working together!
